My husband on the other hand said his great balls of fire special was delicious. He loved everything about it. And we will definitely be back , he also said the homemade banana pudding was amazing.. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was good. , the place was very clean and plenty of parking. They had something for everyone. Vegetarian no problem they had veggie dogs or create your own hot dog. But overall the place is good the food is fresh and delicious!

We tried the Carolina girl - loved the chili and onions and mustard, truly a Carolina classic. Also loved the family tradition- the slaw on it was great. The ambiance inside was charming; we got it as take out to bring home this time but I look forward to going back in person to get a beer and catch a trivia night!

Living here we had never heard of this place before finding it on here.on yelp…read more It really is out in nowhere not too far from town. When walking in you order at the window and you sit with a number and someone brings out. We started with a appetizer fried onion, sorta like petals of onion. It was pretty good. They have specials for the day I got the baked speg. Wasn't bad. With 2 sides come with it, corn nuggets were good and broccoli. The other meal was a hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and corn. But the one thing they are known for is the butterfinger cake, so we got a pice and upside pineapple cake. They were both good but the butterfinger was amazingly good!! The owner said some people come just for that cake because it sells out so fast. I am not big on Butterfingers BUT!! This cake is to die for. So good! We talked to the owner sounds like a family ran business he was passed down it from his grandfather and his Dad. I am surprised we didn't hear about it sooner. A small town and out all by itself like in a huge field. Try this place out! We would definitely go back and recommend you to try, Especially that dessert!!

Recently renovated with plenty of tables and some tvs... it was immaculately clean. I went here twice during the Holidays and had a burger both times so I cannot comment on other menu items. The burgers were fresh as were the toppings. Tater tots and fries were made fresh to order. Everything was delicious! The menu is HUGE. There are many different sandwich options, meats / veggies, and so much more. I will return!

The good thing about this spot is they'll be open when everyone else has closed BUT when they're busy.... they'll straight up tell you "45 min wait for your food" so there have been times when I just leave. I've been told I should avoid the area late at night? Can't speak to that but overall, solid tacos, quesadillas and tortas if you're looking for a late meal. They've recently put some tents over the benches which helps, a lont time ago all they had were benches but the set up is much better now. Prices are fair.

We found ourselves in Gainesville, Ga and saw they turned the old Chick-Fil-A/Sonic into a Mexican restaurant. Oh cool, we thought. We'll have to try it. Full disclosure we did order food to go, but I took that into account when for this review. When you go in, think dollar store Chipotle. We ordered two burritos, two tacos, and a bowl. The burritos were carne asada. Beans, rice, all that jazz. They were fine, but nothing to really make them stand out. Salsa was mid. Beans, mid. Rice, mid. Etc. Just now wow factor. Moving on to the tacos, the tortillas were good and fresh. Meat was plentiful and with enough lime and salsa, overall a good experience. Then we get to the bowl. I ordered birria bowl. Everything looked the part except I didn't see the sauce in the meat container when they were making the bowl. That should have been my first clue. When I got home to eat, the meat was dry and needed salt. When have you even had Mexican food that needed salt!?!?!! The meat had a lot of fatty pieces as well, which I didn't necessarily mind, but I know is a turn off for a lot of people. The bowl just didn't taste like much of anything. All told, the order was around $40. Just not worth it. There are too many other Mexican places within 10 minutes that have better food. Place was clean. Service was ok, just could have saved money at Taco Bell.
