Kohl's has always been a go-to for me in finding business casual clothing through out the years, this location in particular, especially when I am back home in Newnan. It remains a constant spot for me and my dad due to the sales, which are normally pretty solid on majority of items throughout the store. On the latest trip in, I took my dad for some new clothes after losing a bunch of weight. We were able to get majority of a new wardrobe at good prices here, which was a relief because neither of us wanted to go to several other stores. Returns are usually pretty easy with Kohl's as well, which is another reason why they are a good option. Service is hit and miss at this location. Registers tend to back up easily and it is usually pretty tough to find someone on the floor that can assist in the right department. Never a massive issue, but aggravating in the moment. Overall, this Kohl's is a solid spot and will continue to be a go-to for the family when the need arises!

When I got back home to Georgia, I opened the earrings and realized I had a similar pair. I went to this location to return them and possibly shop some more. The return, accompanied by a receip, was rejected because "their sales would be affected." This is not the company's policy. I was inconvenienced as I had to drive 30miles just to get to that store in the first place, and the only thing someone can suggest is that I keep them because "they're pretty." Perhaps if customer service were a little better, sales would not be a concern. Now I know what store not to shop in when I travel.

The associate who assisted me said that the Dark Kiss frangenace was not carried any more, but I should try another frangence, into the night was very similar. So I said cool. Another associate came over to where we were standing and so they just standing talking about some IG social media post on the associates phone that was assisting me. So I am standing looking at the both of them trying to figure out if I was getting punked..after about 4 minutes, the second associate tells the lady, I think he needs your help. I was bewildered.., and strangely amused. It must be a young people thing, because she turned to me and continued to assist me as if the twilight moment had not happened. To be fair she did complete the sale with me with better customer service and even gift wrapped the product..Other than that, I like the candles they offer and the other products are a great way to let your loved one know they are loved without breaking the bank...

If I have clothes in my hands someone will ask if I need a changing room started and will continually take the clothes I gather back there for me. They all have the most amazing upbeat personalities and will always work with you the best they can to make sure you get the most discounts possible, even if it takes extra time. They remember your name and sizes and check on you while you're in the changing room to see if you need anything in a different size. Usually I'm annoyed by overattentive sales clerks but with the personalities of these ladies I feel right at home.
