This Old Navy is situated in the original part of Ashley Park in Newnan, and is a true OG store in the area. I have been coming to this location for years and have enjoyed watching it adapt, grow and update with the times. This Old Navy location honestly sets the standard for many other ON locations I visit. They are always on point with stock, service, condition and cleanliness. As I have gotten older, my reliance on Old Navy has shifted and now I pop in for their athleisure, shorts and/or pullovers, depending on the season. We popped in while my husband went to charge the Tesla while driving from LaGrange back to Marietta. This Old Navy is in the same large plaza as the Tesla Supercharger Station located at the far end of the Target parking lot. Upon entering the store we were greeted immediately. We familiarized ourselves with this store's layout and headed straight to the girls section. My little two needed to get fitted for some new jeans. We found four different fit/styles to try, some were hanging and most were folded. The girls section was tidy. We immediately found a clean dressing room available to try on all the options. Each of my girls were able to find their preferred fit fairly easily. The momma bonus, the jeans were on sale - some type of BOGO promotion. I also earned reward dollars to spend in March. A younger gal was my cashier; she was extremely friendly and made wonderful polite conversation while ringing up my items. While this Old Navy isn't one we'll frequent regularly, I will definitely pop in again as the Tesla Supercharger is our go to stop when going/coming to visit my in-laws. read more

Let me start off my saying this is my favorite store ever. I have shopped here many time over the years. Customer Service is PHENOMENAL. I place an order online and misplaced my invoice slip. The manager did ever thing she could to help me. She finally told me that I would have to get a store credit. I was ok with that. She keep trying to research my invoice. When I thought there was nothing else she could do. She found away to refund my card back. I am forever thankful. read more
