I bought a drink mix there that I would never have expected to find at this shop... but was delighted at my discovery. I am looking forward to going back and exploring more. It is very laid back and easygoing, and part of that is because the owner Valerie is so friendly and clearly has a heart for the items she has selected in her store. I didn't have the tags or receipt any more and they refused to even give me a store credit since it was longer than fifteen days since purchase. Really! Came out and someone was now there, she asked me if I had a ticket. I informed her I did not, as I did not see anyone when I came up. She very rudely said "I'm always around within eye shot, people just don't look" It is not a customers job to track you down or look for you if a department is open and you are to be covering a department. It is your job to get coverage if you're stepping out of that department. I also know she was not in eye shot as I did look around and wait.
