The specific keyboard I wanted was not in stock, but he ordered it for me to be delivered to my house. It's been quite some time since I've made a purchase at guitar center and the last time I was there buying a midi controller the lady helping me seemed pretty unmotivated and didn't seem to know anything about what I was looking to purchase. I'm really glad to say Jon St Pierre was very knowledgeable, very fast to help us and provide us with good customer service, and he had a great attitude. In my opinion he is a shining example of what customer service should be especially when spending hundreds of dollars on an instrument you hope will last for a long time.

I've been in twice in the last month hoping to buy an electric drum set. The first time none of the…read morekits on the floor were playable. (No power supply, rack folded in an unusable manner, etc..) When I asked about it, the sales associate said "yeah we usually don't bother keeping the low-end kits set up." I was looking at either an Alesis Strata Prime or Roland TD516. Both are about $3500. He told me to come back another day and they should be working. I went back today (ready to buy) and the Alesis is still missing the power supply. The same sales rep said, "yeah they keep disappearing." No offer to look for one or any sort of real assistance. Overall pretty disappointing.

Great way to spend a relaxing Sunday evening to get out of the house. You can walk around and play some of the pianos whether you're an expert or a beginner. They offer free sheet music to take home as well, just go the bin by the door and take whatever you would like.

About three minutes later the gentleman came over and asked how can he be of assistance? I said we came in to assist my spouse im not sure what he was interested in at the moment. My spouse had a phone call and was at the moment (work related) so I says to the sales associate as soon as he finishes his call then you can further assist us. He then says a slick comment asking "oh he came in browsing on the phone?" I was taken back for a second but ignored it because I didn't see a sign that we could not use a phone at all!! So I politely say to this gentleman again he will be finished in a minute and he's the player not me so I'm not sure what he would like. What made me immediately leave this establishment and to NEVER Return is because his next statement was unnecessary and rude! He says "well don't just walk in here and not speak to me and I not tell me what I can help you with?" So then by that time my spouse is off his work call and the gentleman then tries to act nice again... no sir. We politely left because of him being very rude and unprofessional. If you need your customers to walk all the way over to your desk to get your service may I suggest having a desk by the door and greeting them as they are walking in and make them feel welcome! I was willing and ready to purchase what my spouse desires if this location had it however simply because of this sales associate's poor customer service and improper etiquette that was a hard pass for me now and ever! I've never felt more uncomfortable because of his behavior! Very unsettling and not the right person ever have to help make a sale just being honest!

We were good until the last month. We were informed we would have to pay through August. Okay. We were NOT informed that the instructor would not be staying through the whole month. The policy is no refund on payments. Not okay. So we paid for all of August but was informed today can't have money back or store credit for the last two sessions. Could have been handled better. Like telling us that initially. Five stars if this incident didn't happen. Would still recommend.

Centrally located in a busy shopping center, we come here often as we had to rent a clarinet for my…read moreson's band class.  They're great with servicing instruments but be mindful about the timing of having it done.  We did it around the holiday break the last time thinking 2 weeks would be plenty of time to get it back before school but I guess everyone else was thinking the same and it was about 3 weeks before we got it back and that was with a call to rush.  They also have the music books he needs for class and the staff is great with assisting with which books are needed.  Other than that the staff is great with assisting and answering questions.

Thanks to Mr. Loudermilk's patient and thorough tuning it sounds better than ever. He responded to my call in less than 30 minutes and upon hearing my concern that my piano may be damaged after such a difficult move he offered to look it over the SAME DAY. I was able to make an appointment for tuning later that week. My 3 children were home during the tuning and he assured me that their playing in the next room was not a problem. He warmly answered their questions and listened while they showed him the songs they can play. It was obvious that he loves his work. It is not only for the excellent service I received but also his cheerful and patient personality that I give this business 5 stars.
