More like favoritism to a local business. 3) the purchasing process was miserable with them. The owner no showed on the day of our appt, leaving one employee to run the entire store. We had 5 people in the store and had to actually leave for lunch and come back because we couldn't even have a conversation. 4) the only communication or work required on their part beyond the initial meeting was to answer an email if freight was included and if the products were in stock. Not sure how this led to many phone calls. Gave them the pricing from Ferguson's and asked them to beat. They matched or were higher on every item. When I informed them that I was going to buy from fergusons, this was the email I got. Very unprofessional coming from the owner of the business.

I was wedding dress shopping with my daughter and came out to find my truck towed!!!!! I was livid to say the least as parking at this building is for the entire complex, as it states on the sign. I went into 3 other businesses to ask whom had towed my vehicle, they all told me it was the mgr of Acquisition!!! When i approached the store the mgr said she had a delivery and had to tow it!!!!! Father sold the business to the son a few years ago and it is now a disaster. I took two antique jars in to be made into lamps. It was supposed to take two weeks. They don't follow up or return calls, totally rude when you do get through on the phone, they aren't open on Saturdays consistently, and they randomly close for days on end. I was pretty resigned that I might never see my jars again. When I finally picked up my lamps months later, one of the sockets was visibly completely bent and unusable. Minor but also the building is un air-conditioned and otherwise something out of a horror movie, complete with flies. I cannot stress enough AVOID this place.
