I have been a serious property investor for the past 20 years and I've dealt with no less than 10 property manager's in that time and without doubt the property management offered by this company is the worst I have ever experienced. I gave them 4 properties to manage and they had to compensate me $1200 in losses for 1 property and I am considering legal proceedings for other losses. Obviously I took the properties away from them. There are currently 5 bad reviews on Google review in regards to property management and only 3 good ones and that speaks for itself, mine is the 6th. My recommendation is that no serious property investor should sign up with this company. read more
