The rental property was not in a fit state to inhabit (it was not clean, repairs were needed among many other things that were noted by the property manager). We did not sign the lease. They did not offer to clean the property either and it became quite evident that we were not a priority for them despite our lengthy attempts to negotiate. There is NO lease and Century 21 have are refusing to return our bond or deposit. Very disappointing, would never recommend.

When he couldn't turn my property over fast enough, he fobbed me off on someone else. The new agent was all about getting me to drop my price and had no fresh ideas of how to market my place properly. A deal came in that I wasn't thrilled with. He ended up saying if I accepted this deal I wasn't happy with, they'd waive the commission. I agreed to this and things started moving forward. Then I got a call back from this guy trying to guilt trip and pressure me into giving them just a little bit of a commission! Then, towards the end of all this, I find out that this new guy had been fired. Not that the agency told me, I had to call to find out why my emails bounced. The owner of the agency called me when I complained about the whole experience, but I didn't receive anything that would indicate they felt particular remorse about the situation. Steer clear is my advice.

When I was working in IT it was a cheap way to get equipment for testing. The auctions are very quick, so if you want an opportunity to see everything I strongly suggest you go during the viewing times to check everything out and test things. Make sure you have a copy of the auction guide, if you forget to print one out on the website you can pay for one on the day. Finally, the thing about these auctions are that they're a lot of fun! There's something exhilarating about putting up that card to bid on an item only to be outbid, then you bid again. Maybe it's the strategy, maybe it's the competitiveness, who knows? I know I always enjoy myself.
