I wanted to schedule them out far from one another and they made it a big issue and had to get "approval". 2 in a year means you should be able to schedule 2 within that 12 month timeframe whenever you want. The second gutter cleaning was timed when I was out of state dealing with an emergency. I told them I'd call to reschedule. They called me 4 more times while I was gone to schedule. Zero regard for what I was going through. I finished my obligation and told them to cancel me for anything else. I got a call today saying they'd be there for Thursday. I never scheduled this nor did I want it. Then they say if you don't cancel in a timely manner they can charge you $125. How shady and unethical can you be? You scheduled me for something I didn't ask for on a day I didn't want and tell me I can be charged?? I'll never use them again .

Jose and Leticia definitely passed the vibe check so in addition to having them initially work on our drainage and side yard projects, we entrusted them with a revamp of the front and back yards. I'll post about the sides and front later but for now, the back yard turned out awesome. We went with removing the grass and regrading the yard, adding artificial turf and river rocks.
