Every single one was delicious! The chocolate chip muffin isn't overly sweet, making it the perfect treat, and the fruit-filled muffins were absolutely divine. These are true bakery-quality muffins that pair perfectly with your morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, we tried their ethically sourced canned drinks, including the Punch in the Face Nitro Cold Brew, and it was honestly one of the best canned nitro brews we've ever had. Now, the jalapeño cheddar loaf...WOW. Perfectly balanced with a beautiful crumb and a crispy crust that doesn't tear up the roof of your mouth. This bread is perfection. We had it toasted with butter today, and I could have eaten the entire loaf. I already can't wait to use the rest for breakfast sandwiches tomorrow! One thing I totally love about this particular place is that they always have my husband's favorite, key lime pie. They seem to make small tarts pretty regularly but it's usually enough. I ordered an entire pie for his birthday last year and it was a bit pricey (around $30-$35) but delicious and exactly what he always wants. I've also had scones from here and they are my favorite in the area, not dry and tasteless but the perfect consistency and just the right amount of flavor. The staff is always friendly, and I love that they are open on Sunday which is usually a quiet, stroll and town kinda day. I wish I had pictures but the goods always go too fast!

I purchased a strawberry shortcake, homemade pound cake with buttercream icing and the banana pudding cake. Just tasted all three and these are not from a box. They each have a unique flavor, texture and look, simply beautiful creations. Every detail of these cakes seems thoughtful and well executed. The banana is iced and a moist batter with light cream and decorated with little Nilla wafers. Confession: I didn't love the flavor. I couldn't taste much banana. The strawberry had the same crumb topping as the strawberry shortcake, ice cream and an entire middle layer of cream. I was there for it. The old fashioned frosted pound cake was nearly perfect, but I could taste the baking soda in the cake. I paid $4.50 per slice. I thought that price was fair, for a tall, generous slice. Also there is a $10 surcharge if you purchase a full cake out of the display. They also had a good looking peach cobbler on offer for $3.50 a serving, and a line out the door! The service was fine.
