The salesman came to the house dropped a folder…read moreon JCT, viewed the circuit box in the garage, walked to the side of the house, and returned to say he would e-mail a quote. The quote arrived with minimal details, just an $11k+ price for the 22k un-named generator model and installation. Our call to JCT asking for more information on the generator model and where it would be installed met with resistance. We were told JCT would install whatever model they received from their generator supplier and it would be installed on the right side of the house. Their deal with Costco has given them the opportunity to charge an exorbitant price for installation for a generator that is available for $5k to $6k from Lowe's or Home Depot. No thanks JCT!

After about a year here, the lights stopped working suddenly. So we called Tim and he talked my husband through troubleshooting to get the issue resolved. Turns out, we just needed to replace some batteries. I just really appreciate the time Tim spent to help us and that he stood behind his work, even though we weren't the ones who initially paid for the install.
