Many others did as well but Josh was the only one who offered to come out that day and address (Sunday). Josh arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. He even had me simulate what caused the issue and looked over the other breakers. When the outlet behind my coffee maker started making alarming noises, we shut off the breaker and called our regular electrician. After two hours with no response, we tried another. Still no reply. Meanwhile, the refrigerator was off too, and we were not about to lose all our food. We turned to Yelp. The reviews looked solid, so we called. They answered right away. A few minutes later, we got a text saying Daniel was on his way and would arrive in 16 minutes. And he did. We described the issue, he inspected the outlet, and removed the cover. The receptacle was cracked in five places, with melted and burned plastic. It was a dangerous mess that could have turned into a serious problem. Daniel replaced it, flipped the breaker, and everything came back to life. No more crackling. Coffee maker working. Fridge humming again. Long story long to follow: We had 4 ceiling boxes that we wanted swapped out for fan-rated boxes. I found Gianni Electric on Yelp, requested a quote on the app over the weekend, they replied quickly with a few extra questions and took down my contact info. They got Alec out the next day for a quote, and he came back the following day for the install. We probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper if we went with some self-taught handyman off of thumbtack, and I could have done the work myself (though it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have made a mess in the process); but plumbing and electrical are two things that are worth paying a professional who has a license and insurance for. The price was reasonable and pretty much spot on what we had guessed it would cost us before reaching out. The whole process was pretty painless, and we'll definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Project was to replace a 52" fan with a new Ministak 84" fan. Roman was quick and efficient and…read moredidn't even need to review the manual. Everything was going great till we ran it and the fan wabbled excessively at speeds above 3 out of 6. Roman's response was that it was a large fan which is nonsense, the fans blades need adjustment as mentioned in the manual to ensure they are all the same height from ceiling. There's also a weigh kit included. Worst part was that he was not even willing to try. Even a small deviation will cause the wabble. I'm sure if you're installing a smaller than 72" fan Roman will do a great job but if you have a larger fan I'd look elsewhere and verify they will not leave you with a wabbling fan.
