I found little to go by, regarding reviews but one stood out and so, I headed to Squeaky Clean on Padanarum Rd, right past the Mobil station. It was clean, empty, for the most part at 7:30 AM on a Monday. The woman running the place was an awesome, sweet lady. She had someone come in to work, cleaning up the bathroom and machines already in decent shape. They even provide detergent if you forgot yours. There's a snack machine and a change machine, there's no need to get singles either. And even better? Sonny Side Up Breakfast and lunch in the same area so I could get a coffee and an overpriced Bacon, cheese and egg croissant (I'm sorry, $9.60 for that?!) In any event, the laundromat has plenty of machines and they are FABULOUS ones. 100% recommended!

The women who clean the place do an excellent job. There are large baskets available on wheels to do your laundry transfers. There is a bathroom and vending machines. Only drawback for me personally is that the TVs are on and usually pretty loud. Sometimes not, but most of the time. And it's in Spanish. But if that's your thing then it's solid gold. If not take your earbuds. Best laundry in Danbury. Prices Friday - Monday 20lb washer $3.74 30 lb washer $5.15, 45lb washer $7.55, 62lb wash $8.98, 75lb was $10.95 all with free drying.

The few times I've come it's never too busy or crowded and there are always machines open to use. In and out in less than 1 hour as the machines are super quick. I will say though, the washing machines are a bit expensive in my opinion. It cost me $6.50 to wash and $4.00 to dry the comforter (but I do use the largest size machines, so maybe the smaller ones are more reasonable). The only issue is whenever i have seen the owner/manager come in to do maintenance etc, its always one of the rudest and unpleasant men. The way they talk down to the attendants (who do not speak good english) and boss them around really makes me wish i didnt spend any money there. Looking for a new laundromat.

I like this laundromat in that the equipment is all new, it is not usually crowded, the staff is…read morereally nice, it is (IMPORTANT) well-air conditioned (I am a winter girl and I strongly dislike the summer and the heat) -- but there is one MAJOR issue with it -- no matter what washer I use there -- and I have sensitive skin and use unscented, dye-free detergent, and my clothes always come out smelling like weird perfume. I've actually been unable to get the smell OUT of some clothes so I stopped going there, because it smells like old lady perfume or something and is strong. Once, I did my sheets there and had to re-do them all, because my bed smelled like a herd of old ladies or weird white ladies with bad taste from department stores were sleeping in it. I used to always go to the other one on Main Ave. -- which has a severe lack of washers because the staff uses them and does not care if there are none for customers and will let stuff sit in dryers for a considerable amount of time, even if people are waiting to use them. They suggested East Ave, and like I said, great facility, great people, but I don't understand the perfume smell. If it happened once, I'd not complain -- but it happened more than once, and I really don't like the time waste of doing laundry as it is, so having to do it twice is just painful to me. Maybe they'll look into it. I know I have a bit of a wolf nose, but it IS strong and my husband noticed it, too, since I never smell like old white lady.

I have proof that they confirmed my pickup request and picked up the sweater (which I forwarded - along with a pic of the sweater - to a manager that I spoke to on one occasion, Jackie I believe) and for some inexplicable reason it can't be found. Ok, stuff happens. I get it. But then I spent MONTHS trying to get them to address the situation to no avail. Jackie never called me back despite repeated attempts to reach her. No one else got back to me either. They never found the sweater. And they never offered any form of compensation. They just kept dodging/ignoring my calls and giving me the run around until I gave up hope of ever getting a satisfactory resolution. So now I'm here. I won't ever give them my business again. I don't suggest you do either. To make a mistake is totally understandable. To not own it or fix it and just leave a longtime customer hanging is unforgivable. Don't expect Superior to deal with any service issues (which will inevitably happen) with professionalism. Because they won't. However I will say this: the front desk staff always tried to be helpful even though resolving a situation like this obviously isn't their responsibility.
