Prices have gone up significantly over the years, and it's hard to justify the premium, especially for items like linen shirts that should be handled with more care. Shirts often come back over-pressed, stiff, or still stained. Most recently, I was charged $10 to launder and press a single shirt--and it came back with lint on it. That was the last straw. It feels like the attention to detail is gone, and sadly, our journey together is over. Just too much for too little in return.

Without notification, they decided to add $0.50 to a $17 dry cleaning order for "credit card" and didn't have the courtesy to inform me and when I asked for a receipt she said they don't give them but I could keep the order slip with the $17 on it. A receipt came through by email with the additional charge. It is no ok to charge more than the bill because you want to evade taxes by encouraging people to pay with cash. Their prices are not cheap to begin with and most pay with credit cards so if this extra was in the cost originally, why isn't it now? Greed. Stop this bad customer policy and keep my business. Continue it and there's plenty of other cleaners to use.
