The owners are genuinely nice people, and the experience is always pleasant, that part hasn't changed. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning has. Prices have gone up significantly over the years, and it's hard to justify the premium, especially for items like linen shirts that should be handled with more care. Shirts often come back over-pressed, stiff, or still stained. Most recently, I was charged $10 to launder and press a single shirt--and it came back with lint on it. That was the last straw. It feels like the attention to detail is gone, and sadly, our journey together is over. Just too much for too little in return. read more

Absolutely ridiculous! 6 T Shirts & 3 Polo Shirts $80....did they rub the hope diamond and use water imported from Fiji to clean my shirts? Prices are absolutely ridiculous and shirts STINK like chemicles....i honestly did not look if the prices are even posted when dropping off shirts so that's on me,offered to pay upfront and lady declined....I see why cause I would have laughed in her face....find another dry cleaner or take a home equity loan on your house to pay these people....stay away! read more

This cleaner is located in the parking lot of home depot. Pretty nice to drop off and pick up here. They use organic and non toxic dry cleaning machines which makes me feel better about the environment. I never had issues here and the couple that run this business are nice hardworking people. I like that when I have a question about a stain or fabric type the owner gives me a honest answer -- whether it was worth it to try to dry clean and the stain will come off or not. So it's good customer service here for sure! I also like that the owner presses the clothes on location. Overall, I'd come here regularly. read more

The absolute WORST !! dropped of two shirts one had a small stain we discussed that at the counter, As we examined BOTH !!!! No they didn't get it out. The other ( a 135.00 Shirt) had no stain. When I went to pick up my clothes they showed me a picture of a MASSIVE stain on my expensive shirt ( looked like it was dragged). Claiming it was there already????? WHAT WE LOOKED AT BOTH TOGETHER !!!! This is NOT the first time they screwed up my clothing, I normally don't care , but to insist I had something to do with a 6" long SKID MARK on the front I sure would have noticed !! This is BS !! I have used this cleaners for many years for dry cleaning services. I have never used for alterations. But I just wasted 25 minutes asking for a hem on brand new jeans. The owner of the store could not understand what I wanted. Apparently there's a special way to hem them or a regular way. But he could not speak English well enough to explain the difference. I thought we had agreed and just as I was about to leave he was confused again. I am on a tight schedule this evening and this unnecessary delay completely messed up this evening. I found this dry cleaner to have high and unfair prices. They seem to adjust the prices according to a strange set of their own,unique, Taylor-Made rules. I brought three sweaters in to be cleaned. They are tunic style...longer in the front and back, but they are definitely classified as sweaters in the clothing catalogue. No way could I wear them as dresses! My old dry cleaner In Riverside, Ct, where I used to live, never questioned that they were sweaters. But today I was told at Taylors that "these are not sweaters...they are not dresses, they are in between...". I was then charged for more than a sweater and less than a dress---news to me, since there was no sign in the store , and certainly no verbal warning when I brought the sweaters in to be cleaned, that Taylor prices their dry cleaning according to length and perhaps style? I am curious what the consumer protection agency has to say about this issue. After challenging the prices, I was shown a tiny sweater by the woman who runs the Dry Cleaners. This sweater is "Normal size", she said. The sweater was cut like a teenager's sweater and it barely came to the waist. All I can say is, pardon me for being a senior citizen who needs a longer sweater to look presentable. Didn't know I would be penalized for a little extra yarn! Never again, Taylor. The couple that runs this place are super nice and super professional. They always do a top notch job. They have even brought my garments out to my car for me,a big help when you are picking up dry cleaning with two small kids. You will not be disappointed. At first I thought the prices were a bit high, but I called around and got similar prices. I love the service and the way my close look feel and smell afterwards. read more
