I did not hear from anyone a few weeks before the wedding so I reached out. They confirmed and I made the assumption that Lolitha no longer worked there. Unfortunately they canceled 90 minutes before arrival due to issues with their limo. It took me a while to write this review, because I was so disappointed. I did reach out and they agreed to provide a ride at no cost. They also stated that they were going to mail me a bottle of wine and a cigar for the inconvenience. I have not received anything at this point. I did finally get a refund about a week after my wedding. They could not process they refund and had to send it via cashapp. I noticed the google page says they are out of business so I assume my free ride may not happen. At this time, I cannot recommend this company.

(We were also taken back by the red and yellow Christmas tree shaped air fresheners hanging from the ceiling of the limo-no kidding!) It didn't get any cooler, then in Spfld even though the address&phone were provided to Walker in advance, the driver didn't know the location of the spa-no map, no GPS. Because he drove around lost, we were 35 minutes late for our 50 min appointments, so we paid ~$60.00 for a 15 minute express pedicure. During which he took the limo to get serviced while we waited for him to come back to get us for 30 more minutes at the spa, but still no air. Food/drinks were ruined due to the extreme heat, we were sick (couldn't even roll down a window). 2 members of our party were too sick to go to dinner as planned. Walker sent a letter stating I would get a refund and also an offer of additional limo time. They still have not sent me a refund & now state that their 'board' only approved me to get a portion back, they also offered more time in the limo but when I called to arrange it for the wedding they did not call back/return calls.So obviously that was not a genuine offer and they have no intention of delivering on that either. they even sent me a second letter that is a different version of the first letter, offering different resolution - evidence of the shoddy management of their business. We have had multiple discussion with the company representatives and one reason they state they don't have to refund us right away is because of the poor service they got doing business recently at the Decatur Club -I can't believe that they are seriously defending their lack of customer care, and lack of quality service by telling me a story (twice I have heard it) about how they did not have a good experience at the Decatur Club. So that is the new standard? Really Mr. Walker? The only reason I choose to give them one star is because there is not a negative choice. Don't risk you're money or risk having a precious event ruined by them!

I reserved ahead of time about a week and arranged pick up time and destination. The car arrived at the appointed time and delivered me safely to my destination without any issue. I appreciated the ride and the service Baldwin Shuttle rendered. I would use them again. I would also add that they were sensitive to the COVID-19 situation and I felt completely safe.
