Examples that speak to this: 1.) I noticed my daughter's tooth was crooked after bumping her chin and and they were able to see us same day. 2.) Scheduling our cleaning back to back so that we're able to take care of our appointments at the same time. 3.) I had a procedure done and I was worried something was wrong so they scheduled me same day to have follow up and ease my anxiety. 4.) From the receptionist, to billing, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist...all a cohesive team. 5.) Excellent explanations with realistic outcomes. 6.) I feel as though I'm being treated as a patient, not an opportunity for a sale. 7.) They play movies overhead during your visit, seek to make you comfortable (I've been offered a blanket) and I love that the dentist and assistant hum or sing to the music while performing work. Finding out afterward left me with an unexpected bill that could have been avoided with better communication. When I called the office to discuss the issue, I was told that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a return call. After being a loyal patient for so many years, I felt like I was treated with very little respect. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was left feeling dismissed and undervalued. Another concern is that, in recent years, there has been a lot of turnover among the dentists and hygienists. It seems like I'm seeing someone new almost every visit, making it difficult to build a relationship with a provider or receive consistent care. After eight years as a patient, I expected better communication, better customer service, and at least the courtesy of a returned phone call. Sadly, that was not my experience, and I can no longer recommend this office.

A few months ago, I went in for a visit and was told I needed a root canal -- on a tooth that already had a root canal done years ago. The dentist, a Caucasian man (not Dr. O), pointed to an area on my gums and said, "You see that shadow? That's a sign of infection." He then wrote a referral to send me somewhere else for part of the procedure. At that moment, I couldn't help but feel like maybe he was just trying to help another office make some money. Before leaving, I told the staff that something didn't feel right about the information I'd been given. Later, I even called back trying to reach Dr. O directly by email or voicemail, but I was never able to get through. I truly hope Dr. O reads this review because I don't believe I received honest treatment that day. I went to another dental office afterward without mentioning what I had been told at O2 Dental -- just to get an unbiased opinion. That dentist found no sign of infection and saw nothing wrong on my X-rays. My instincts were right. I had been misled, and that's disappointing after how highly I once spoke of this place.

Not sure how that even comes close to making sense. We asked to not receive future text but they continued. What a waste. Only for them to cancel, because we didn't answer our phones during the holiday season spending time with family. Not only do they have this ridiculous policy in place, but they will also send you text after text about making appointments just because you have insurance left for the year. They literally only want your money. I have sent hundreds of dollars at this location and was scheduled to spend thousands more. They will not get anymore money from my wallet or my insurance.
