This dental practice is amazing! My daughter (4 yrs old) and I see the same dentist and they're wonderful at accommodating us for both short-term and long-term care. Examples that speak to this: 1.) I noticed my daughter's tooth was crooked after bumping her chin and and they were able to see us same day. 2.) Scheduling our cleaning back to back so that we're able to take care of our appointments at the same time. 3.) I had a procedure done and I was worried something was wrong so they scheduled me same day to have follow up and ease my anxiety. 4.) From the receptionist, to billing, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist...all a cohesive team. 5.) Excellent explanations with realistic outcomes. 6.) I feel as though I'm being treated as a patient, not an opportunity for a sale. 7.) They play movies overhead during your visit, seek to make you comfortable (I've been offered a blanket) and I love that the dentist and assistant hum or sing to the music while performing work. You won't be disappointed, they are amazing!! read more

Trying to get your own money back that you are entitled to has been unacceptable . They owe me $170 which I gave them 30 days and now we will be coming to 60 days. 6 phone calls with one saying that I'm not the first one having this issue. The Account Manager never returns my call back. The office girls are so sweet and apologetic and I reassure them that it's not their fault. So I will reach back out to Corp. as they ask me to if I don't get any results. read more

Just out for your money, was using them in addition to VA dentist for extra cleaning as VA only auths one per year...so I also pay for private dental insurance but when all you need from Carolina dentist is a cleaning and they cant charge for extra services you don't need or ones the VA will do they pretty much told me to just stick with the VA. Made me feel like I'm just a dollar sign and mine cleaning only bill clearly did not make enough of them dollars for Carolina's dentist to care about me or my child. Please go somewhere else this place treats veterans horrible. Wish there was an option for zero stars. read more

I came in as a new patient with a broken tooth. The staff were incredibly polite and professional. They gave me an X-ray and pulled the tooth. I felt no pain during the extraction and it is healing great. They have definitely earned a new patient in me ! read more

When I called for my first appointment, the staff were so informative about what I needed, or what I thought I needed. I especially like the Dentist that was assigned to me. What ever I wanted was what he was willing to do. All the assistants were also very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Raeford Carolinas Dentist. read more

i had an appt at 7am however due to traffic i was 6 mins late they wouldn't even allow me to reschedule as they have a 5min late policy which i was HIGHLY unaware of and not only that they did not take me as a patient in whole. i wish i could give them zero stars as i now have to find another dentist last min. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this office. The staff is SO genuine and friendly. I started taking my three year old here about a year ago. She had her first dental experience with Carolina's Dentist and they made sure she was comfortable the entire time. Each time we have returned, they have made sure we are both comfortable. I haven't met a single team member who wasn't friendly or upbeat. They are very quick, yet very efficient. I will continue to go here for all of my family's dental needs. This was my first experience with Carolina's Dentist, and I am beyond pleased with the results of my teeth. As soon as I walked in the front staff was very friendly, and extremely nice to me. I didn't wait long and even got a complimentary bottle of water while I waited. I went in not having had any dental work done in almost five years, so there was a lot of work that needed to be done. I was fully prepared to not have everything fixed, as it was my first appointment. I needed two root canals, six cavities needed to be filled, and two wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Nolan Bodah was a miracle worker and got all of that taken care of in two days. Dr. Bodah is hands down one of the best dentists I have ever met. I was very self conscious in the condition my mouth was in, and extremely nervous, but Dr. Bodah and the whole staff made the process extremely comfortable and easy. Dr. Bodah was extremely friendly, and non judgmental. I could not have been more pleased with him as my dentist. I never felt judged about the conditions my teeth were in or why they were that way which is awesome. Nastassja was the hygienist who gave my teeth the full deep cleaning they needed and I was extremely pleased with her as well. She was so nice and easy to talk to, I felt like I was having a conversation with a true friend. Nastassja even complimented how straight my teeth were and that made me extremely happy because I have not received any compliments on my teeth in years. Ruben and Shelby were the dental assistants that helped Dr. Bodah with everything and they exceeded as well with friendliness and comfort during the process of all the work being done in my mouth. Ruben went above and beyond with making sure I was good throughout and was easy to talk to as well. Shelby had a lot of patience and kindness which showed. I will be following up with every appointment in the future because of how awesome the entire staff is at the Raeford location of Carolina's Dentist. When Dr. Bodah relocates to the Wilmington location, I will definitely be driving the distance in order to have him as my dentist. Dr. Nolan Bodah gave me a smile I thought I would never have again and is by far a hero in my book! I could not be happier with Carolina's Dentist! read more

I was not pleased with my daughters filling appointment today with Dr. Langley. My daughter had a previous accident and had some serious trauma to the head and mouth. She has been terrified of the dentist since. We tried another dentist before Raeford's Carolina's Dental and wasn't happy. My daughter was very comfortable with the staff here and made herself at home. Even had a cleaning last week and was so relaxed the hygienist had to move the headphones to get her attention. Today was a very different story. Yes I agree my anxiety probably didn't help my daughters nerves but Dr. Langley came into the room and got the numbing shot ready and then what I thought was getting ready to give it to her without the topical first. So I asked him "are you going to give that to her before the topical?" He said no he want just getting it ready. He then put the topical on then within 30 seconds gave her the numbing shot. She was not numb yet and felt everything, she was crying and jerking/moving her feet and hands because she was in pain. He did NOT stop at all during her crying and jerking. This was not acceptable in my eyes. Also, during the procedure I felt he was a little "rough" with her. Again, she had some serious trauma so this appointment just set her back again! I was not pleased with our service today and my daughter doesn't want to have her next filling done here now. Very disappointing. read more

This practice is by far the best dental experience I have had in my adult life. The staff is kind, helpful, and empathetic. Between Stephanie, Delana, and Dr Perry, I was very well taken care of, and my teeth have never been the focus of so much careful attention! The front office staff is also full of genuinely kind and caring people. The people at this practice give thorough and excellent care, and in addition to excellent dental care they express real concern for their patients' well being as well.
