We have used northern Utah glass for three projects lately. The first one a window washer broke…read morepanes of glass and we were able to take it in to Northern Utah glass and they sent it off to be replaced they were able to match the tinting on the other half of the window. The second project was a big rectangular pane of glass above our door. They were able to consult with us to see what would look best and the window looks amazing. For the third project I had already had another window company and a tile guy come and look and no one could figure out the problem with the bathroom window that was holding water and had no weep holes. Mo took a look and figured much less expensive and much better alternative than anyone else could. Mo was the one to come how to measure the windows and he also installed which made the process more seamless. He and Dallin were the installers and did a great job and problem solved along the way as needed. We would definitely use this company again.

Two years it lasted then when trying to open it it just falls out(the glue failed). Now for the last month been battling them to replace it. And they did but somehow they mess it up again. We called Bryson for a quote and he told us we would only need to replace the broken panel. We told him we would do both sides since we wanted the panel slides to match. He gave us a reasonable quote and told us it would take up to 10 days to get the glass in. He called us back within two days and had the entire installation done within an hour. Both sides look great and the magnetic slides are much smoother than what we had before. As you can see, the finished product looks great! I will use him for future purchases and I highly recommend him.

I got other bids and they ranged from advising me that all the stucco on the house needed to be replaced at thousands of dollars, to just power washing it. Brian cleaned off all the mildew, brought the stucco up to the current code by adding a slope to all horizontal surfaces for better drainage and fixed a couple of areas that weren't draining correctly. He got everything done in a day, cleaned up all materials and I thought his price was very reasonable for how hard he had to work (I had tried cleaning the stucco myself and it was hopeless!). He replaced the spring and the gear. He did amazing. Chase was so helpful and super nice. Price was definitely reasonable. We'll definitely call Chase again if we have any more problems with our garage door.
