I will never use them again. We recently had a windshield installed and immediately experienced issues with air and water leaks. We returned to the shop, and they resealed the air leak. However, sometime between fixing the air leak and the original installation, they broke a part that prevents water from leaking into my car. I will never use them again. This damage has caused electrical issues in my vehicle, as water is now leaking onto the passenger side floor. As a result, my electronics shut off randomly while driving. When we took the car back to the shop, the representative we spoke with denied any responsibility. They even claimed it was either my fault or caused by a previous windshield replacement. However, we haven't replaced the windshield in at least three years. Not to mention, since when does the average person--like myself--remove all the trim around the windshield and start tampering with things? Short answer: I don't. They did something to redirect the water from leaking into my car, when we took it back in, but it didn't work. Now my car is completely ruined. They don't stand by their work, and I'm left needing to buy a new vehicle. They don't care! Do not go here unless you want them to damage your car to the point where water seeps into the electronics and ruins everything. They will not stand by the work they do and are now costing me thousands of dollars. read more

Great quick customer service on our bathroom mirrors. Installed quickly and affordably. The only comment I have is there were a couple of small bubbles in one spot on the glass that are impossible to see from a distance of more than 2-3 ft away, and a tiny ding from installing the glass in oorner. UPDATE 9-28-21 Valley glass came through and performed the work in a professional manner. Dustin owned the previous issue and solved it personally. I would give less than 1 star if possible. Don't let them replace your windshield. August 28 my Windshield is installed crooked, sticks out on upper Left side, doesn't cover the trim on the R side. I thought they had scratched the paint in 2 places. I called and got an after hours service saying a manager would be texted and would call me. Danica didn't call. Went back next morning and Dustin tells me it's leftover urethane on the paint. But he doesn't remove it. Wants 2 weeks to let urethane cure to replace the windshield "with a higher quality one"??? So they used a poor quality windshield the first time? I stood there as a Replacement was scheduled for September 9 at 8am. I arrive and they're having a meeting. While removing items from my car Dustin comes out to meet me and says he has bad news. Glass is backordered until September 28. But nobody bothered to call me? Wasting my time for the second time, he still offers no apology. I ask what kind of operation he's running. Again no apology other than they'll get me on the schedule end of September after the back order. Then the next day I'm called saying glass is in and ready to schedule. Really? So did they even order replacement "upgraded glass for the 9th" or forget? Did they forget to schedule me? Did they not have installers there that day? Dustin won't say. He simply said they never know when a supplier will have glass. He blames a crooked install on bad glass. And still never offered an apology when I asked if he was really being honest with me about forgetting to order glass or have installers there or even bothering to call before I waste 2 trips to the store. I contacted valley glass over 3 weeks ago. They came to my site and reassured me that the job I requested would be no problem. I have a large event scheduled and need the glass to be installed before. Again the sales man said no problem. I have been trying to reach them now for over a week to see where we are at. After finally getting ahold of them today they tell me that they are going to be 2-4 weeks out and that they just submitted drawings 2-3 days ago. I am now having to cancel my event and loose out on tons of potential revenue, after speaking with the owner and asking for us to even put our heads together and figure out a solution I got nothing. So when I tell him that this is not right and he can't do this to people and that he will not be successful going down this path he chuckled like the whole thing is a joke. I may not be able to sue you but I sure can let people know my experience. Poor company. Poor customer service. Plenty of other glass companies to try out save your time and money do not go to valley glass. If I could rate it a ZERO I would have. Had my windshield replaced by Valley Glass. They came to my work, and did a great job. They offer FREE rock chip repair on your windshield. All this sounds great, but.... I got a rock chip Saturday night. They were closed and with the upcoming holidays.. they didn't open until Tuesday. Just so happens that rock chip split the windshield from the bottom to the top. I called and asked what they can do. This windshield wasn't even one week old. I just paid $180 out of my own pocket, and $180 is what they wanted to replace the brand new windshield. They couldn't even offer a discount... I'm sure there are other companies who offer a cheaper deal, but for now I'll drive with a brand new cracked windshield! As a new customer... I am NOT impressed! Product is only product... it's the customer service that keeps people coming back! Thanks for not being able to fix the rock chip that started this problem... as you guaranteed! read more
