We got our windshield replaced and 3 days later my windshield cracked while driving. I assumed it was a rock, and called them up to utilize the warranty for repair. I was told because it was a rock, and not their fault, they would not replace/repair the window. Hopefully if a rock hits your window, it will control itself and not crack, that way it's covered. We will not be returning here. I guess it was nice to have a new windshield for 4 days. read more

They replaced my window in June and we didn't get rain in Utah until like September. Didn't realize there was a seal issue and my passenger floor boards were soaking wet. Took it back in and Everyone is extremely nice and efficient! Took excellent care of me, fixed the seal promptly and said come back any time if there's other issues. I highly recommend valley glass. Poorest customer service, and subpar installation of materials I have had in quite some time! I remodeled a bathroom and decided to install the sliding barndoor style door for a new walk-in shower that is nothing custom. Basic tub removed and redesigned for a basic 72" wide by 84" walk-in shower door entry. 1. After measuring door opening, it took a month to get door for installation. I attempted to get information from their customer service dept. but was always told the door and parts are custom and take time to get. 2. I finally called after another week of waiting and was informed my parts were custom and would be delivered soon. Another week of waiting and I had to contact customer service again only to be informed my parts were again, custom, and were now backordered. 2. Subpar installation! The door was initially installed without the lower threshold seal or the door seal between the stationary door and the slider. It took another two weeks to get someone out to assess the issue. The technician assured me the parts were available and would be back to install the seals in a week. I never heard from Valley Glass again for almost two weeks until I called to ask about my installation of the seals. 4. Technician finally scheduled to come install and upon completion of install I was informed to not use the shower for at least 24 hrs. which I adhered to by giving two days to cure. 5. 48 hrs. later, I tried the shower and now the doors leaked around the install mounts and from under the slider. No sealant applied between the door mounts on the bottom and between the glass. No drip threshold was installed in the doorway to prevent water from leaking under door, and it again flooded my bathroom floor. One more call to Valley Glass and I was told by their customer service rep that the leaking was probably due to me not allowing enough time for the sealant to cure properly! No, the leaking was due to parts not installed to prevent water flowing under sliding door! 6. Final straw with Valley Glass, I had another company install the doors in my master bath and had them look at the installation from Valley Glass. The new company laughed and showed me how the Valley Glass doors were installed backwards and incorrectly and that this is the reason the doors do not glide when opening or closing and why they leak so badly. In conclusion, if you are looking to waste a bunch of money and receive subpar scheduling, incorrect installation, and poor customer service, use Valley Glass for your project. You will not get quality service, and you will be upset. I do not recommend this company for anything home improvement related! read more

if I could take stars away, I would. Unprofessional when returning to have resin removed from my hood. I was told it was tree sap. it was NOT tree sap. I park in my car in my garage and that is where I drove from directly to the shop into a space clear of any trees. even though the sticky resin was inches below the rock chip, I was told it was tree sap. he said if it's resin .. it wouldn't be sticky and walked away sniffing his fingers repeating how much he loves the smell of tree sap. the biggest red flag. sounds more like he was trying to sell me on it being tree sap. my entire experience was a zero. will not go back and will continue to be a disappointed customer and when asked if I've used valley glass and would I recommend...it will always be NO read more

From our first visit from Sonny our estimator, the install appointment from Michael , and certainly through the amazing install from Kyle and Mo (alphabetical guys), we would be happy to recommend Valley Glass to anyone (we would be willing to let them put in a yardsign). Sonny's estimate was impossible to say no to after getting estimates from 2 other companies. The windows fit beautifully, Kyle and Mo did 7 windows in 3 hours, and while it's 28° outside, the window reads 66.7° inside with my laser reader. We have 4 windows that we didn't have done for various reasons, but we're already planning to have them comback to replace those. Thank you so much for a great experience start to finish. Called for a bid for a glass replacement. Given the lowest bid I went to them. They would not stand by their bid and charged me more then the other bids I had. Then they put the window together wrong and I had to return it to have it done correctly. read more

I had a bad experience with this company. They sent someone out to measure windows and give me a quote. The gentleman that shows up and measures asks me if I would like black or white windows. I told him to get me the quote for both as well as I would like window wrap, he tells me no problem we can do that. I receive my quote via email. After receiving other quotes I decide to go with this company. I call the office and let them know that I would like to schedule a date for install and let a lady know that my quote doesn't show the window wrap, she resends me a different quote with the price for the window wrap added. I accept the offer, wait like 4 months for the windows to be installed. As they are installing the windows I question how or when they will do the window wrap. The installer says we don't have you down for that. I pull out my paperwork and he reviews his paperwork and sure enough they both have window wrap on the invoice. He tells me to contact the office. I call and speak to the manager Mike who then proceeds to tell me that someone messed up and that I should've been charged more the windows alone and that there's no way he can do my window wraps for what I paid. Mind you, he is the one who authorized this quote and sale, he even admits that to me on the phone but still says there's no way and that he's loosing money as it is. After many emails and phone calls, also this is months later, he says that he will have someone come out again and measure for the wrap. I have the same guy who did the measurements in the beginning schedule 2 appointments with me and doesn't show either time. I also never received my screens for the windows that were installed in November of last year and it's about February at this point, someone left them in a bag on my porch for me to install after I had to call and ask for them. I am so frustrated and tired of all of the run around, I never called back to have the job done that was already paid for. Team of 6 arrived at 8am sharp, removed & replaced 20 windows w/ Milgard w/ .22 energy savings, the old ones were .75 (less is better). I had my truck broken into on a snowy winters day and called around to glass places to get quotes for my back drivers side window. Not only was Valley Glass the cheapest, she fit me in that day even though that day was all book up. The front desk lady was very nice and professional and got me in because it was snowing and my car inside was getting wet. They did an excellent job with my window and cleaned my car out because there was glass everywhere inside. I would recommend Valley Glass to anyone who has glass needs.
