I applied for a job in Lloyds TSB, having heard negative comments about their working force. Well, I applied for this job two months ago and I'd put everything on hold to focus on getting this job. I got a phone interview and passed it, knowing that I had a good chance in getting this job I didn't bother applying for any more jobs. They gave me a date for the second part of the interview, so I prepared (for 4 whole weeks) for this interview. And what do you know? The day BEFORE the interview, they decide to tell me not to bother coming in because the job wasn't on offer any more. So not only have they screwed me around for two months, but I don't have a chance in finding a job this side of Christmas. They said they were going to keep my details in case anything pops up, but I'd rather stay unemployed than be mislead by those. Complete waste of time. read more
