The space is beautiful, open and comfortable. The assortment is varied, appealing and refreshingly unique - Debra and Anastasia seem very passionate in offering and bringing this level of selection to Westchester, and it truly shows. When I…read morequestioned her on the silk inner lining being all crimped and crinkled and if she is going to steam it out she said, "NO Steam on this, just leave it in the bag hanging until the wedding." which was like 2 weeks away. She looked very nervous and couldn't get me out of her store fast enough. Why would I leave an already crinkled dress stuffed in the garment bag for another two weeks???? I left it hanging outside the bag hoping it would fall into shape and the next week I mentioned it to the Boutique owner where I purchased it and he asked me to bring it in and show him. They face timed the designer and he was upset and wanted to fix it for me because he did not want his dress worn looking like that. There was no time to have it sent back to the designer since the wedding was now 1 week away. The Boutique owner tried his best to do something but there was no fixing this. I had to wear the dress as is. The over-lining of the dress slightly helped in hiding the botched up job but it was noticeable and I felt "wrinkled" all day and it was visibly noticeable in many pictures of the day. ANOTHER WORD OF ADVICE. Do not have her do her "Brazilian Butt Lift" alteration feature --this RUINED the entire back view of the dress and when I see pictures/videos of me walking away I cringe. I actually look at pictures of me in the dress before she even touched it and then after she "altered" it and I looked better before she altered it. I should have never had it altered. It was slightly loose on top and sides but not worth the hassle of her ruining my beautiful dress. She took no accountability for this. She was referred as she knew how to work on this designer's dresses. I would never go to there or recommend them to anyone! Pictures attached show the lining all crimped and crinkled WHICH WAS throughout the ENTIRE GOWN and the Brazilian Butt Lift Debacle. Also her personality is very abrupt to the point of rude where you almost dread having to go to your fittings.

Levi's is all about the fit which I love. Came to The Westchester Christmas Eve '21 to use an old (very old) gift card and was told it's so old the barcode numbers changed from like 16 to what they're now- 20 (or something like that). Old. I was helped by one swift gentleman who got customer service on the phone and I was emailed a link for a brand spanking new Levi's $40 e-gift card in like 2 days. Thank you again. I'm excited that The Westchester has its own Levi's Store. It's nowhere near as big as the old NYC Levi's Store on 59th (remember that one?), but these folks carry their own weight just fine. On top of that, there's a tailor who can change those tiny, right-side red tabs on the back, change thread color for hems and even change the metal buttons. Levi's has been part of my wardrobe staple for the last 15 yrs that I can't live without. Levi's are durable and for me, it's worth investing in some long-lasting, quality pieces that I can dress up or dress down. The fact that the Levi's Store is here, I'm a fan!

I live in the Bronx but come out to New Rochelle just to walk around and browse the stores. I B Cohen is one of my favorite stores here. I have been told by the people working in the store that is will be closing up some time this year because the family who owns it wants to move down and relocate in Florida. I hope that a new owner will come and take over so that it stays open. I was also told that the building the store is in was sold and that the new owner wants to demolish it and put a high rise here. I do not want to see that happen. If the building has been sold I hope that the new owner will keep the building and have another business move in like a restaurant or a hair dresser etc. I do not want to see the building get torn down as we need to save our historic heritage and keep the historic charm of this nice city. Too much beautiful architecture has been destroyed in the New York area. I hope that people read this review and will make every effort to save this building if not the business. We want Main Street to keep its historic charm.
