He also promised me a fee waiver the back had no intention of providing. Actual quote in an email from him "You would not dare ask Wegmans why they've raised the price of their bananas since 2018, then ask what Dole/Chiquita charges them, and squeeze them for the difference." I was shocked to hear that from a customer service representative. I eventually had to walk away from the deal even if it ultimately would have saved me money just because the process of working with him was so upsetting.

I love that they were handing out free tote bags which was awesome. I ordered their seasonal drink the Matcha with Ube and blueberry. It was absolutely delicious! It was super smooth, perfectly sweet, and packed with flavor! My only issue is that it cost me over nine dollars for such a small drink. Which is a little outrageous. I did like that at the checkout counter. There's a QR code you could scan to get the next drink free. The staff here was really nice and I do think I will come back again to get that free drink!
