Stone Arch Landscapes and Alex completed a project for me in 2022, and within a couple of months…read morethe retaining wall started leaning, and the pavers dropped along the wall. This wall is now out of plumb by 3-1/2" over a 4'-0" area, so out of plumb by almost 1 inch per foot. The pavers have large 1/2" plus gaps in this area, and there is concern that this wall is going to fail, and will fall. Alex has been notified numerous times each year about this issue, and he has refused to respond or answer my calls, texts or emails, he is ignoring the problem. When looking back, Alex failed to acquire a permit or to notify the city, which is required with any wall that is over 4'-0" in height, and he did not complete an engineering review which is also a requirement for walls of this height. Because of the lack of response from Alex and his refusal to warrant his work, I am forced to get quotes to repair and will need to pursue legal means to resolve the issue. Beware.

It seems like they just run a mower over the grass and don't remove leaves from around sheds and in the fence corners. I would say this service was a waste of the $400 fee.

Kent was a pleasure to work with going back and forth in a consultative approach to getting the design drawn up and working with me on my vision and offering advise and thoughts to help me make the design be what I had fully pictured in my head and filling in the small details I may not have thought of. Just this last month we were finally able to execute on one of the larger parts of the design in my front yard, installed a paver patio and redoing a brick retaining wall to separate the yard from the street boulevard. Kent's crew were very deliberate, and careful in their work and did an awesome job rolling with some mid-job changes to the original design as the full scope of the state of the yard was understood once shovel hit dirt. Their drive to get the job done and their commitment to the final outcome and making sure that everything looked as great as possible and was as functionally useful as possible is next level. I highly recommend KG Landscape and will be back in touch in years to come as more stages of the total design are able to be completed.

The worst being that the crew skipped 3 weeks of cutting a section of grass that grew 12 inches over those 3 weeks. Horrible Company! They were supposed to clean up our grounds…read moreand leaves over a month ago. We live on a golf course so this is also important for the golf course to have our grounds nice. It is now almost December and has already snowed and they still have not done their job. Everytime I call them which is around once a week they tell me they will take care of it within the week and then they always make excuses why its not done. Stay Away from this company!!
