Same for the baseboards as nothing 'ready-made' from Home Depot even came close. Two days later they showed up loaded for bear. A large power table saw mitre saw, power sanders a bunch of other tools AND one mahogany plank. What I thought was a fairly simple job was actually quite complicated. They did a fantastic job! Miguel is a licensed contractor with much skill and experience. I was looking for a handyman, but got lucky and got a pro! Bottom line is you get what you pay for. The owner is Daniel, who was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to what I wanted and explained the entire process of the work to be done. The quote Daniel gave me was fair and cheaper than others. Throughout the process, he made it easy for us. Daniel also was also easy to get in contact with when we needed to reach him. His workers do speak minimal English, but were very efficient and professional. I am glad we used Daniel and his team to complete our renovations. They did an excellent job!! The only change made after his work was installing a standard shower door on a walk-in shower -- something any homeowner would reasonably need in order to actually use the shower. Expecting a family to shower without a door is unrealistic. A shower door is a simple surface-level addition and has no impact on plumbing, waterproofing, or the behind-the-wall work that later failed. Multiple professionals have since confirmed that the leak originated inside the wall, not from anything we installed afterward. I'm adding this update so future customers are not misinformed by the business owner's assumptions. My original concerns remain the same.

I hired these guys to do some basic paining outside of my home and some interior doors. I was in a…read morecrunch due to selling my home, but they seemed like they knew what they were talking about. I was quoted what any other licensed company would have charged but I had no other choice. When they were here to work there was usually multiple kids here painting. Not adults. And not professionals. So I guess that's why the work turned out looking like kids did it. They didn't tape things off nor did they use drop cloths and was very vocal about not getting paint in the house or the rock beds due to the house being up for sale. Paint is EVERYWHERE and roller marks all over the place. On top of that they painted (or didn't I should say) the interior doors. They look worse than they did when I sent them with them. So if you want to pay professional rates, for Children's work, more work than you started with, and for shortcuts to be taken then these are your guys. Also after contacting them about the results after payment... no response.
