Don't use them. I had to cancel my order for pickup the following week 20 minutes after placing it, and they refused to return all of my money. They kept 20% as a deposit. Use anyone else. Don't reward companies that take advantage of people this way. read more

Possibly worst experience I have had with any business. Mattress company used them as part of our purchase. LoadUp cancelled three different scheduled deliveries, for same item, HALFWAY THROUGH THE DELIVERY WINDOWS. Last one was supposed to be be between 6 and 7 pm. Driver calls quarter to seven and says by eight. Ten to eight still no word. Contact driver who says he is on the road and will arrive at 9:20 pm. We cancel that. They then want to schedule the next day with a 12 Hour window. Forget it, enough of our lives wasted with LoadUp. read more
