I was very skeptical in using a outside mortgage firm to handle my purchase. As a new buyer I was highly recommended by my realtor to use Gold Star Mortgage. I was already pre-approved with Wells Fargo and my credit was superb. I gave Gold Star a chance to quote me out and see what they had to offer. Once I showed my documents and approval from Wells Fargo, they offered me more options and even got my rate down way lower than Wells Fargo. Their team is very professional and their communication skills was they key to a very smooth process. I refinanced several times and got new loan, every time it was very good experience working with Jeannie Vuong. 1st time I was having problem refining my loan and it was going to reset at much higher rate. My wife got in touch with Jeannie, but I told my wife we don't have enough time, it was only less than 10 days left before loan will reset.
