While there were a few hiccups during the initial transition, they were resolved without huge problem, BUT NOW is a different story. After PremierAmerica transitioned to a new software system (which includes bill pay), even though I followed the instructions for what date I should schedule my bills to be paid, at least 2 of my payments were late and I have incurred late fees, penalties and interest. When I called to research what happened, I am getting very poor customer service (in addition to long waits). I'm am a joint member on the accounts and have handled everything with the accounts up to this point, yet today one of the customer service reps refused to help me saying that I wasn't the primary (yet everyone else, even today, was able to help me after they were able to verify who I am). This rep in Bill Pay was very rude and not helpful in the least. She just kept repeating that she couldn't help me and supposedly gave me the number to "Bill Pay Admin" who should be able to handle this, yet it was just the main number AND then after another LONG wait the SAME unhelpful rep answered the phone again and when I asked for the correct number she hung up on me. It sounds like it is time to change credit unions, since it appears you cannot simply pay bills when you say you will and have customer service representatives that are rude and unhelpful

Parking is never an issue. If anything, the lot is a little too empty at times. Like any office building, it's also incredibly stuffy which is why I find myself at their drive-thru ATM often. The immediate knock is that on occasion, one of their ATMs is out of service. Thankfully the line has never been too long and they have several inside. Location is clutch.
