One time in particular stuck out to me is when my spouse needed an emergency dental procedure asap. We called Gentle Dental after hours and to our surprise they had an emergency line and spoke with a staff member at 11pm that night. We went to see the medical team there who extracted my spouses tooth and gave him the medication he needed to recover. The only feedback I would give to the staff is that the tv constantly plays FOX News, which says sometimes very disturbing things about people of color and individuals from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. I would recommend changing to station to something such as a weather channel, channel 12, or PBS. That why the office doesn't feel like political battlefield which adds to the already stressful environment of being at a dentist office.

After drilling away at my tooth like there was no tomorrow, he filled it in. I felt a lot of pressure on the neighboring teeth and told him to file it down a bit. He got really mad and filed and filed away. When he was finally done, I went outside to look in the bathroom mirror and was horrified! My front tooth looked like Baba Yaga's from those of you who are familiar with Russian fairy tales. Basically, it was an ugly filed-down claw. I asked him to fix it, which he did but very reluctantly. He was really mad and kept taking it out on me. The next couple of days were very unpleasant as I was still experiencing a "crowding" sensation in my front teeth. I asked to make an appointment again and they were insisting that I make one with Dr. Yampolsky, which I refused at all costs. I got stuck with Dr. Kroll. She wasn't that much better. When I told her what happened, she acted like she couldn't care less. I think she was more amused with my story rather than sympathetic. Basically, she wanted me out of her hair as soon as possible. She did a crappy job of patching things up and sent me on my way. I found a different dentist and I have not been back to this office ever since and would tell anyone to stay away. They are very unprofessional and not sympathetic to your needs. Judging from other posts, I am not alone in this. I am surprised no one has sued them yet.

He is a very friendly guy and loves to talk to the patients to make them feel more relaxed. The teeth cleaning is fast and efficient with no pain at all. He also helped me do a root canal which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The root canal procedure was very relaxing with no pain at all. I highly recommend Dr. Lam to any one that is afraid of pain or does not like pain at all. If you are nervous about a dentist then Dr. Lam is definitely the dentist for you.

When I got into the hair with Dr D., he could immediately see that my problem was much worse than I thought. He patiently spent over two hours, temporarily fixing a tooth cracked all the way through, prepared the tooth for a crown, and took the mold and ordered the actual crown. He even took steps to send all of the info and pic's to my regular dentist back home so he would know what was going on. The entire office stayed well past their usual closing time, and everyone was patient, friendly and extremely professional.
