I hired this business to do a deep clean which was not done. I paid 200 plus gave a 40 dollar tip. The house is 3 bed 2 bath maybe 1500 sq.ft. not big. 3rd bedroom wasn't even moped nor vacuumed. Lobos cleaning is an amazing team of professional cleaners. I got in touch with the owner over Yelp and he was super responsive. By the end of the week the team was at my house and in two and a half hours they had cleaned top to bottom my entire home. When I walked upstairs the rooms were spotless and the house smelled clean! I hadn't had my place cleaned in a month so this was such a nice way to start my weekend. This team is now on a schedule to come back and I can't be more excited. Ive used a few services here in Houston and have either not trusted or did not feel that the team was being thorough enough. I'm a pretty neat and organized person so the people who clean for me are doing what I can't or don't get to on my own. So far the Lobos team is demonstrating that they can do that. I hired them to do a move in cleaning. Cost me $680+40tip, I wasn't mind the charge if they did a good job. Turns out it was so disappointing. It's still dust everywhere. window shutters, base board, cabinets, shelves still covered with dust! I have to clean it again by myself! They promised to clean my windows in and out, they did not clean them. They definitely need more time working on my house, feels like half of things not being done! They just wanted to wrap up and go home. I will never recommend them to anyone! Andrew seems to be a very good young man. I felt that he was trying to bring his best to this job. Andrew was very responsive & professional when setting up my first cleaning with them and their rates are great. They were able to get me in quickly and they showed up on time! We are a dog house and his hair gets EVERYWHERE but Andrew and his team were thorough and diligent in their cleaning and even vacuumed our couches to get rid of all evidence of our dog. They also straightened up all the rooms after cleaning (night stands, desk, tables, counters) which was a nice added touch. He was very communicative throughout the entire process of me booking him, up until he arrived and completed my cleaning. They were so professional and he was willing to fix anything I may have noticed or had a problem with, even though I didn't see anything.
