I had sought out quotes and Pharon was actually first to respond, very communicative and had the most reasonable quote for a deep clean service for my tenants move in on rental property. She is VERY communicative. I appreciate all the communication leading up to cleaning. She understood my cleaning expectations and what to pay attention to. She was VERY thorough even paying attention to details I didn't even think of but I appreciated which shows she does not do a half job or cut corners. It took her a little over 5 hours to do a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 1500 sq ft home. She also contacted me regarding her arrival to property and upon completion she did a FaceTime walkthrough due to my work schedule. Had a cleaning service with Maid Scouts . The company was responsive and had great communication with the service person. Cleaning technician was on time and had her equipment. Technician had a great work ethic, and was friendly. Very coachable to our cleaning standards. Cleaning took longer than expected, because there was only one technician. The value was great. However with a regular service I believe the service will become more organized in the approach. I will use again. read more
