I spent most of my time with the Manager, Paula, and Sales Associate, Rochelle. I was able to quicky get the items that I came for. I also took a look around (what woman doesn't like looking at jewelry and sparkly adornments?!) and had an interesting conversation with the Manager. She offered to clean my studs, and trust, they REALLY needed cleaning. Not only did she restore them to their original beautiful luster but she also fixed the post. Overall, I had a good experience here - no pressure to buy anything - was that because I was the first person of the day? I can't say for sure, I did however, indulge in the presentation and explanation of the tanzanite earring/necklace specials. They made me feel like a VIP customer during my first visit. I will definitely stop in again, even if only to say hello, if I'm ever in the area again.
