Went to this bar for the first time last night to hear our friends' band. We only had drinks so can't comment on the food. This place desperately needs better curb appeal, but the inside was a nice looking neighborhood bar with friendly clientele. There was only one barmaid working, Natalie, but she did a great job keeping up with the crowd and was friendly and professional as well. Would not hesitate to return.

What a diamond in the rough…read more Unassuming on the outside and the inside. Tons of beers. Service is very good. The real reason for the excitement is bc this place has a crazy DIY, mix and match, build your own dog and tot/fries menu. We had basically just come from another restaurant (I say basically to soften the blow but we did, in fact, leave a restaurant before embarking on the walk to come to this place. If we weren't kinda full from that, we could have provided a more legitimate showing. GF was grossed out by the thought of other food but I was not going to succumb to the satiety Gods. I perused the menu thoroughly. I wanted something that kind of resembled a Polish boy so I went with classic slaw and bbq sauce. I added pickle relish and pimento mac and cheese for good measure. Love the vegan options (two dogs, vegan chili, there was a vegan cheese if memory serves. Some of the other options and I kid you not were spaghetti o's and peanut butter. There was literally an entire page worth. I was really planning on only having a taste but you know I ate basically the entire thing. It was spectacular. I have no other words. Worth a stop, without a doubt.

It has burgers. It has sides. All the sides! You can get something crazy and live a little. You can lay it back and build your own. This is the definition of a choose your own adventure - Hot Dog Edition. It is definitely bar, and the low light, red vibe they have going on is great. There won't be normal servers running up to you to serve your every need, but the people behind the bar are super chill, so if you need anything please ask them. AND GET AS MANY SAUCES AS YOU CAN HANDLE. Try them all. Get a plate of fries or tots and have a dipping party. They are all so good and elevate the whole experience.

We went to see Alabama Shakes at Jacob's Pavilion. Jacob's Pavilion was a great venue to see a…read moreconcert. Not only did you have a great view of the stage (there really isn't a bad view in the house). You also have a wonderful view of downtown. We sat in general admission and I will say the bleacher seats were uncomfortable for a longer period of time and there were no back to the seats. If you are Looking for a more comfortable seat I would upgrade to better seats for that purpose. The sound was decent and show was amazing. There was one bathroom trailer for women and two for men. That really did not make sense. Parking was easy and it did not take too long to get out of the parking lot. I would definitely see another show there, but would probably upgrade my seats. It didn't hurt that it was a beautiful night. The weather was perfect.

The stage area and crowd area has an overhang for inclement weather. They offered several great drink options. You have the choice of general admission which is standing room in front of the stage or bleacher seats. The only reason I marked down slightly with 4 instead of 5 stars are because when inclement weather hits, you're stuck in it while walking to the crowd/stage area. It rained a lot the night of the concert and we had no way to get to the event without getting rained on before hand and upon leaving. Another reason for the downgrade is the box seats. Generally, these are the most extensive tickets you can buy for an event. The skybox seats were just some seats that are the same as all the other seats in the venue sitting on top of the concert walkway from the back to the staging area. Very sadly thrown together. Overall, when weather is good, this is a great venue. Good atmosphere and concessions. Would like to see more money invested in it to really look more appearing and not cheaply thrown together.
