The company I work for used Local Burrito to cater for a corporate event of about 75 people. To put it simply, their service and food were terrific. In getting all of the details set up for the event, the owner was prompt and responsive to inquiries, and put together a great buffet menu, all of which was very reasonably priced. The day of the event, guests couldn't have been happier. The spread included tacos, beans, rice, veggies, chips & salsa, and more - including freshly homemade horchata - all of which was delicious!! Everyone is still raving about the food. The staff was friendly, on time, and set up in plenty of time to accommodate the hungry guests. Local Burrito is our favorite place to visit every Saturday at the Farmers Market!! We totally appreciate the effort by Kyle to keep the ingredients as local, organic, and fresh as possible. And the food. THE FOOD!!! His creation is a burrito that is brimming with egg, potatoes, vegetables, spices and scorching (if you choose) salsa all wrapped in a giant warm tortilla. It is sensory overload and we love every bite!! And the rice bowl....perfection! Local Burrito has never failed me. I have had MANY lackluster burritos in my life from other places. Local has the consistency you expect from it being homemade, to-order right in front of you. I love the diversity of their new menu, and the customization they offer with different toppings and add-ons. However, I usually just ask the person working what they personally recommend :) Local sources ingredients from vendors nearby, and you can often see their ingredient vendors at the market! It's fantastic to be able to purchase a fairly priced food item that is both morally and orally satisfying. read more

These burritos are really good. I had the Korean Steak today--deluxe. All sorts of fusion types I'll be excited to try. At the Saturday Farmer's Market, the menu is limited but remains my regular Saturday breakfast during the market season. His expanded menu is with him wherever the food truck is (Wednesday markets, included), and he also has expanded options at the various places in IC that sell his stuff--Hy-vee, New Pi, some others. Simply put - a really great breakfast burrito. I got the everything version at the farmer's market with chorizo and cheese curds and it left me super happy. Great flavor and attention to good ingredients (the cheese curds are ridiculously good) It's easy for a breakfast burrito to be heavy feeling (oil, potatoes,etc) but they've achieved a great balance - very satisfying yet clean feeling. The Local Burrito catered our company party and I was really surprised and happy with how amazing their food was! They served tacos that were delicious, unique, and local too! You can tell the ingredients are high quality. My favorite was the carnitas, but their vegan options were just as delicious too.
