I was comfortable and they made sure of it. Know what you want when you go in and everything will be smooth. If you go in for a tattoo just to have a tattoo you're not going to have a good time any place you go. Know what you want even if it's just in your mind, no drawing. It's going to hurt so don't get one if you have no pain tolerance. Be prepared to wait and don't rush the artist because you didn't plan your time accordingly. The staff was incredibly friendly and they are very diligent in their informative videos for after piercing care. They have a number you can text with questions at any time. My daughter didn't cry or complain at all during the piercing. She said she barely felt it. Rather than a punch gun like places in the mall, they use sterile needles which are much less painful. Her ears didn't bleed barely at all and they felt completely back to normal within a few days. Definitely recommended.

I got my lip pierced here, and it was awful. Not only did I get an infection because the stud was…read moretoo short, but the piercer also upcharged me with a larger gauge. I had to go to a different shop to get a longer stud because it was embedded in my lip, which led to the infection. At this other shop, they were appalled that Triple Crown gave me a 14-gauge 8mm stud for the healing period, informing me they had likely upcharged me for the gauge size. The piercer also did not tell me a lot about the healing process; she only handed me their booklet on it, telling me to keep it clean. Not worth the money, which was about $80 for the service and stud. If you want to get your ears pierced, that is fine, but do not come here for facial piercings.
