This was my very first tattoo so I was pretty nervous about the pain, but super excited at the same time. Shannon was great & kept me engaged to keep my mind off of it. I was pleasantly surprised when he started & there was really no pain, just a couple of spots that made me dig my heels in for a moment, but far better than I was anticipating! I love how my tattoo turned out & am ready for another! I live out of state but will go back to see Shannon for sure! I also had a piercing in my helix. Derek was kind enough to squeeze me in because I also had a nose piercing from another shop that needed to be fixed. The quality of the work do the artists is amazing. Unfortunately I paid a deposit of June 2020 with Bobby. Trying to manage to book with the travel restrictions gave me a hard time booking. Then I was asked if September would work for me, and I said of course. Then I was ghosted on Instagram. I have emailed Bobby thinking from all the TIKTOK clout his DMs must be insane. Still no response. I am so disappointed I can't even get in the book for a tattoo that when he finally does give me a day, I'm afraid I don't want to drive 5 hours for someone who obviously was okay stopping communication and kept my deposit. read more

The reason this is not five stars because the facilities were a little sparse, and the procedure took a lot longer than I expected. Shannon did a great job giving me my last ink for this life. The actual work took under 30 minutes once we got going. The geometry is very near perfect, with any flaws only noticeable to me. Colors are perfect. I wish Shannon the best of luck. Now that I know his MO I would go back again, but like I said, this is the last one. I'm happy to report that I have yet to find another tattoo quite like this. About 8-9 months ago I had my nose pierced at a local shop. Like any other piercing, I didn't think it was done poorly, though inexpensive. After a short time it seemingly was infected so I removed it. I was very disappointed as I really wanted the nose ring. I went back and forth debating trying again, and when I decided to do it, I wanted to make sure it was done right. I booked an appointment with Derek as I read that he had MANY years experience. Timeless overall had fantastic reviews for piercings. The price was a bit more expensive but I was willing to pay that for it to be done correctly. My experience was not like any other piercing experience I've had. I was not in and out in 5 minutes, I believe I was there for a solid 45 minutes. Derek thoroughly examined my nose inside and out and recognized a bump on my first nose piercing (that I've had for 15+ years). To avoid any problems with the new hole healing, he came up with a plan for the new piercing. I loved that I was allowed to pick out my jewelry and not just given something. Derek made suggestions, which I trusted as he is very experienced. I also loved that I watched him sanitize everything before we even got started. That is not something I've ever experienced in a tattoo/piercing shop. Derek did a fantastic job with my piercing and after almost a week I have zero issues. The nose ring he used is very comfortable (unlike the one from 8 months ago) so I don't even know it's there. One thing to note: the jewelry prices are NOT cheap. I did have a little sticker shock at the prices, but, the jewelry is definitely quality jewelry. I have no worries about the healing and sustainability of my piercing from the cleanliness, experience, and quality jewelry used. Should I want anymore piercings, I will 100% return to timeless. read more

I got three nose piercings at once with Charlie and it was an amazing experience. The building itself is bright and welcoming, and they walked me through every step of the process, including the sterilization. As someone with extreme anxiety around needles, the process was effortless and relaxing. Charlie was extremely personable, and I'm sure the other employees are just as friendly. Artist severely messed up wife's tattoo. We paid $900 and neither shop nor artist care. My wife and I are moderately covered and we know how to get a tattoo. We aren't moving,trying to take pictures, getting up a hundred times, yakking on cell, texting, etc. We are sitting still listening to music. We also tip and pay well. Artists deserve their pay. We have never met such an unprofessional person and hope he does the right thing and refunds us so we can pay for the fix or finish. I don't know what more to do. Photos speak for themselves. Oh. We found out all images were ripped from deviant art and not original like he claimed. He just wouldn't call us. Studio blamed artist. I didn't know how unexperienced other piercers I've had in the past were before getting pierced by Ashley. She was nothing short of incredible! She cleaned and washed everything, made sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it and made sure to answer any and all questions I had. I recently got my first tattoo here, which was just some simple script writing on my arm. The studio is beautiful and the staff is friendly. However, the tattoo artist ended up spelling courage "coorage" on me. He quickly acknowledged this and tried to fix it with some flesh tone ink, and told me it was free. Thankfully it's some very slanted script writing and it's hard to tell. But the other thing was that they didn't provide me any care instructions and when I asked for some they didn't have any sheets prepared so I had to take verbal instructions. read more

The shop was exceptionally clean and organized with a good selection of jewelry. The piercing room is a small side room away from the tattoo stations. My piercer, Derek, was awesome. Clearly covered everything he was going to do, and all after care instructions. Even though I have other body piercings it was great to be reminded. And he was more clear on instructions for aftercare than other places I've been. At the same appointment I purchased a new stud for a nose piercing. Derek was great in helping pick out a new piece to make sure it fit the piercing, was the right length, and would work for me. I got my septum pierced with Ashley. She did an amazing job: she made me feel so comfortable, and she easily found my sweet spot. The pain was a -1 on a scale of 1-10. She walked me through the entire process, and I love that I got to watch the equipment and jewelry get sanitized. She was even able to alter the color of my titanium jewelry to a more gold-y color to help match the rest of my piercings. I've been here many times and they never disappoint! I have 7 tattoos from this shop all done throughout the past year and a half. The work that comes out of this shop is hands down some of the very best on the east coast, the artists are all very talented and knowledgeable you don't have to worry about leaving here with something you don't like no matter which artist you get. We're partial to Tavo but they all have their specialties so it really depends on what you want. Stop in or call for a consultation and they'll make sure you get the right artist. Also they absolutely do not charge for touch ups unless the original tattoo wasn't done in their shop. Or is somewhere like your finger or mouth where they tell you it will fade and that touch ups will cost you. read more

If you need a piercing, see Derek! Hands down the best experience I've had. He even helped me, for free, with an old belly button piercing gone wrong. The jewelry is worth the cost because of how high end it is and long lasting. My inflammation in my belly button went away after two hrs from him putting new jewellery in. I just went to this shop for the first time yesterday. First of all, the shop is beautiful. As soon as you walk in there are TONS of jewelry options for piercings, I have never seen so much jewelry in a shop before which is is so awesome and the way the cases are set up is very aesthetically pleasing. Bobby, the artist who tattooed me yesterday I followed from a previous shop because he is just that good. I travel 1-2 hours away just to go to him. He does such good work. Line work is so important to me in tattoos, and his line work and shading is spot on! He is an awesome guy to talk to and hang out with while you get tattooed and he is so passionate about his work. If he doesn't like something or doesn't think a tattoo idea works right, he will tell you instead of just doing it anyway. He is all about the artwork and his clients. He isn't afraid of redrawing something if you or him don't like it. He always tries to make sure everyone gets into his schedule, and he's very patient. His tattooing skills are amazing, and he's a great artist all around. I 2000000% recommend going to bobby. I got a tattoo there while visiting North East. I was told touch ups were always free. I was not thrilled with the quality of the tattoo but knew I would have to wait until summer to get back to the shop. I called to set up an appt. for my touch up but was told the artist had left and they would need to charge me to touch up the terrible job that was done. No thanks! read more
