Proper care was not taken with the landscaping; plants were flattened and several landscaping lights were broken. The new Wind Turbine was not level, causing it to not spin freely; I had to hire someone else to correct the issue. When the old shingles were taken off, the water heater vent was dislodged causing problems in the attic. The problem was not corrected and the new shingles were installed around the dislodged vend. Also, I noticed uneven shingles and areas that weren't properly sealed, which raises serious concerns about the durability of the roof. Additionally, despite repeated requests, the contractor failed to provide a written "Preferred Protection Limited Warranty" as promised. This lack of professionalism and accountability makes me question their integrity and reliability. Communication was also a challenge--they were unresponsive to my concerns after the job was finished. Without a written warranty, I have no assurance that they'll stand behind their work if issues arise in the future. I wouldn't recommend [Cary Chapman/Professional/Roofing Systems] to anyone looking for a dependable roofing contractor. Be cautious when hiring them, and ensure all terms are in writing before any work begins. I called to get an appointment for a general check up of the system and we set up a time for the following afternoon. The morning of I, received a call saying they had another call that morning right down the street from us and wanted to know if they could come earlier. Of course! Come on down! Three technicians arrived at the expected time and were very professional and just great guys! They explained that the A/C unit required a couple of pounds of Freon but it was nothing to be alarmed at. They blew out the overflow drain lines of any clogs, changed the air filter out and were on their way in no time.
