He is super professional and friendly. While I went shopping with Josh to make sure the right flooring I wanted was picked, they were able to get a crew out the same day to start demolition. Eric with AEL gave us a quote in December however we were not ready just yet. We reached out to Eric again in late February and he was able to come out in a week. Eric installed the trim and garage door on a Thursday and quickly realized there was a dent on one of the panels. He immediately contacted his distributor and had a panel lined up for the next day. As promised, he was back on Friday and replaced the damaged panel and caulked around the trim as well as covering up the nails on the trim. The final result looked amazing! Eric was professional AND personable. When we are ready to replace the garage door opener (motor) we will definitely be calling Eric at AEL.
