Horrible service with the older lady with glasses that works here. She seems to be rushing everyone wanting them to be out way before closing times! The signs posted says last wash at 9pm but this lady literally wants everyone out by then. They clearly need to adjust their times posted because it was 9:20pm and this lady was telling us we couldn't keep drying because they were closing. When I told her that's not what the times posted say (7am-11pm) , she walks away mumbling that I should've came earlier. Our washer broke down so we had to come here to wash our clothes and let me tell you the place was awesome. It's very nice and clean and we did 4 loads of laundry in an hour. The owner is very nice and helped us with one of the dryers that weren't starting for us. We will definitely be coming back to wash our big comforters and blankets. read more

I was kicked out of the store 2 hours prior to closing (hours posted in window) while drying clothes. Worker said the store was now closed and when asking about hours posted in the window, she mumbled something and said no they're closed. I wasted my money and had to leave with wet clothes. I have not been to a laundromat in years, but when our washer broke I needed a quick solution. The payment part of things was automated, no coins accepted - be sure to take cash, and purchase a card to use for payment on the machines. A nice lady who worked there saw my confusion when there was no place to put all the quarters I brought - she walked me through the process. Another employee was there constantly cleaning the high-touch surfaces. There is no AC, but fans move the air around. If it's hot, go early to avoid the heat. Overall a good experience, clean facility and employees who are helpful. read more

Very clean. Lots of machines to choose from. Don't let the outside fool you. It may look rundown but the inside is much better. No coins. Machines and dryers operate via a card you charge at a card dispenser. You can recharge the card as many times as you'd like. You must use cash in order to charge the card. I have been coming to local laundry for over a year now On 83rd Avenue and Indian school, the 1st person I met was the attendant Maria Who was so helpful and thoughtful and made sure I had everything I needed For my 1st time here. I see her once a week and every time I come in she's very attentive to myself and all customers, local laundry should be happy that they have an employee like her who cares of people's needs. I've worked with two ladies there, Rosie and another woman who didn't mention her name. Both were kind and very helpful. Basically I paid for the cost of the machines and $20 for them to do the laundry. I didn't think it was too unreasonable. As a laundromat, this is a decent one. It uses the refillable electronic card system, which I guess is more convenient than quarters, but you have to buy a card first. Everything is clean, and most of the machines work. But they lose two stars for advertising free wi-fi, and not offering free wi-fi. Oh, there's a network, but it won't connect. This has been the case every time I've been here. The attendant isn't able to fix it. So if you come, bring entertainment that doesn't require wi-fi. read more

I read Will W's review and decided to try the Oasis Laundromat. He was spot on. The business is not in the best of strip malls but easy to find because of a big Laundry sign. The business is clean inside and I was immediately greeted by Alma. She was very nice and helpful. She did not offer to wash my clothes for me but was going to show me how to work the machines. I asked her if they washed the clothes? She said she could and charged a reasonable rate. She took my phone number and said she would call when they were finished. Approximately an hour and a half later she called and said my clothes were ready for pick up. When I arrived back, she took me to a locked closet where she handed me my clothes which were folded neatly. Alma provided great customer service and what a convenience! I am from out of town but if I come back to the area and need clothes washed, I will definitely return to see her. read more

I would have loved to have done laundry here. The staff are friendly and there are plenty of food and drink options around. I was not able to due to the attendant being set up to not have change. There is no ATM and there is not a working change machete or card vendor. Management needs to step up and fix the equipment. They are leaving money on the table. read more

I am in town on extended business and needed a place for a decent wash and fold. Being a true Yelper I did a search near my hotel. I was drawn to the Oasis for the previous three positive reviews. The first impression of the laundry is not good, however as I have learned from Yelp, outside appearances can be deceiving. The overall shopping center that it is located in, is rough in appearance. The outside of the building has no signage at all to tell you that it is Oasis Laundry, the sign just says "Laundry", upon entering the facility, it was clean however. Also a lack of signs inside to tell you this is Oasis.... I had to ask.... The attendant was present and very nice, she informed me that they do not really do a wash and fold service, but do accommodate when customers ask. This threw me off a bit, as I am not looking for favors, just service. But I went along...We talked further and agreed on a price, which was very low... in fact I said are you sure? I have no soap...Then a new price was discussed.... Upon agreeing on the new but still low price, I left my clothes. The attendant then used her personal cell to take my number in order to call me in 1.5 hours when it would be ready. No ticket or slip was given. Promptly and to her word I got the call and my clothes were ready, neatly laundered and packed nicely in a bag.. However no receipt could be given, which means I will have a tough time putting this expense down for business travel. She was very nice and again, very accommodating. However, I give only 4 stars as I feel that although I got great service, it was a bit outside the parameters of the business model that Oasis Laundry has set up. They should establish some set pricing for wash and fold, as well as provide actual receipts. read more

It is extremely clean. They have a 6 loader washer for 5.59, a four loader washer for 4.59, a three loader washer for 3.59 and a single loader washer for 1.25. The dryerS are 1.69 for 40 mins. They use cards instead of coins that you can get there. The only bad things are their are flys everywhere! Also their is no air conditioner only fans so you are poring sweat while you wait read more

Pretty clean but numerous issues over time, have to go elsewhere for change, a couple businesses nearby pretty much tell you to buy something to get change. I have had the washers take more money than advertised which makes me have to go break a bill to get $1-2 for the dryers. An attendant is always on duty to help, but not all speak good English or so it seems. Several washers have been down at the same time which is convenient that it happens at the same time they are the washers that are discounted at certain hours/days. Watch your dollas, and enjoy the clean, speedy environment. read more

Dryer at home broke. I was in a pinch and just needed to dry a load. Internet stated they open until 11pm. They close at 9pm. The attendant was pointing to the sign on the window as proof they closed at 9pm. I told her the Internet stated open until 11pm. If you are in the building before 9pm they will stay open until 11pm or when everyone is finished. Needless to say I will not be back even if it is an emergency. read more
