horrible staff, lady on 8-20-24 @ 5:05pm was mopping floor while people where using the machines, got mad bc of ppl walking around and leaving footprints (don't start mopping while there are people using machiens/ handwash station.) Had the audacity to start trying to bitch me out in front of my wife. Machines are older than my grandmother. They don't disperse the soap good & are severely worn & outdated. Went here on a whim because we needed somewhere we could do a massive amount of laundry and we looked on Yelp. The owner went out of his way to help us when he saw me struggling with the machine like a 12 year old. The have machines of all prices and they don't take quarters so save you're change. Bring cash and they give you a card to use. read more

You don't need a roll of quarters to use the machines. You buy a prepaid card and put money on it. Then insert the card in each machine to use like public transit. Remaining card value will carry over to next visit. If you are a visitor in town, then remaining money is essential lost. I thought very pricey at $3 a wash. Pawn shops and payday loan places nearby, so you know what I'm saying. read more

Been coming here for about 3 months now and it's always so clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes its in a sketchy area but no one really bothers you. During the week is tge the best time to come because of less people in doing laundry. The only thing that would make it better would be parents controlling their kids from running around and screaming like banshee's! read more

Last time I came here there we're two little girls about 8 or 9. Pushing each other around in one of the laundry karts. While this is not only a sanitation issue as people use those karts to transport clothes The girls also found it funny to repeatedly (and I mean 6-7 times) push a kart with one of them in it into me. Like this place because it's always clean and they only have big washers and you only have to run the dryer one time (often times that's too much heat). Free WiFi too, so I can get homework done at the same time. They also have tv's with sports games on and the staff are always friendly. read more

moved into the neighborhood a year ago from central Phoenix so I wasn't very familiar with the area. I came here a couple times before I bought my own set of washer and dryer, not gonna lie it's sorta pricey here but hey it's always clean, great assistants and there's free wifi. Couple reviews mention kids aren't supervised but out of all the times I've been here, I've had zero problems. Yeah it's a sketchy looking area but trust me the workers in there know how to take control. Seen them kick out a couple people and call the cops a few times. When it gets dark outside she'll start locking doors and she'll only open the doors for those who are really coming to wash since homeless folks have the tendency of locking themselves in the bathroom at other places or just in general coming inside and harassing people for money. Don't wash to seem like a douche but it's the truth. read more

Nicest laundromat close to where I live, but the fact that there are no tables to fold laundry makes it harder to use, especially when busy. After four visits, each time different days and times, it seems busy most of the time. Another negative is hard to ignore: a great number of homeless folks and others "hang around" outside the front and back of the place, partly due to location and the convenience store next door. I like coming here because there is always a person working. And their constantly cleaning and moving around getting things done. One lady last Friday, 9/18/15 even helped an older lady. She got dropped off by a cab with big bags of laundry. I heard the driver ask if she was going to be all right, when she said yes, he left. She stood there for awhile than got my attention and asked about the machines taking quarters. They don't, you purchase a card and reload it. She walked up to the card machine than came back upset because all she had was a bunch of quarters and the card machine only takes dollar bills. (there's also a change maker, but from bigger bill to smaller bills). I found the lady working and translated what was going on. I don't know what she did but she helped the older lady with getting a card. Than later as I was drying, I saw the worker pulling out laundry and loading it unto the dryer with the older lady following her. She was practically doing her laundry for the customer! This worker is always nice and helpful but she doesn't know too much English but can understand my crappy Spanish just fine. All the other ladies I've seen here are also so nice and helpful! Always smile when I look up and happen to make eye contact. Always say good bye when I leave. I just wonder what happened to Norma? She was the only one that spoke English well. They have plenty of carts in my opinion. About ten or twelve, but of course when it's busy your lucky to grab one. I also know they have some not so good ones locked away, if you know each other well enough, she might go in there and grab you one, even if they aren't that great, it's still appreciated. Free Wifi, although the last few weeks my stuff wouldn't connect. Could just be me.... TV's always going on news, movies in English and Spanish. Different options on sizes of washers you need. The dryers can get really hot so be careful of melting your clothes. The first 20mins I have it on High, than the last 20mins I put it on Medium. read more

I went there. $3.25!!!! For a fucking single load machine? Ridiculous! Yes the place was clean. Every1 that is saying that it wasn't and that it smelt Big fat lie. That place is nothing but Gold diggers though because damn their machines are way too expensive. And that place you put detergent in is all broken. I have nothing to lie about. I left quickly after I saw that it was $3.25. I do have money enough for that but I know places that cost way less with the same washers and is a way bigger place but it is way to far for me to with 3 kids. Ridiculous. read more

I was trying to do laundry at this location, I put $20.00 on my card I turned to grab my 3 year old son from running away I turned back and my card was gone. Seriously 2 seconds and someine stole my card. I asked the lady working if she could watch the camera? She told me no she is not allowed to. Only the owner! So I asked if we can get a hold of him. She again told me no. There is nothing they can do about someone stealing my card right out of the machine I just put my last 20 on! What as the point of cameras then? Horrible, I actually think the lady working and this other lady were in on it together and took my card. By the way those 2 were acting after I asked her about my missing card! This is probably the best laundry mat I have been to in a LONG time! The place was super clean and the lady Fide was very helpful and patient while helping me work the machine. She was working so hard keeping the place clean but still made sure to help everyone! Two thumbs up! read more

If you don't mind sorting through your delicates smack, dab in the middle of Tijuana, where you can't decipher whether it is safer inside with the Mexicans who account for it's general population, you are more then welcome to venture outside where you will be repeatedly asked for either money or cigarettes from the local homeless population who seem to earn most of their drinking/drugging money directly outside of this fine establishment in the parking lot (apparently I should quit looking for work and grab myself a ratty piece of cardboard and take up a new, proven profession). The laundromat is like any other in Phoenix, nothing special, nothing to make them stand out, I don't even think that they offer free WiFi. Plus they make you pay for laundry with a preloaded card which is utterly annoying especially when you need ten cents to buy something and all you have in your wallet is a laundry card with 17¢ on it, lol! read more
