When I picked up my items, they told me I had an additional eight dollars that I owed, but I couldn't understand why because I had already paid $91 when I dropped the garments off. The lady that did the alterations provided the button that I requested, but then she also added two buttons to the back pockets. I disputed the fee because I didn't ask for those buttons to be added. I specifically said I only wanted one additional button in the middle. Because they did their own thing and then tried to charge me is why I'm giving them three stars. My dry cleaning garments are perfect.

It was in good condition when I brought it in for cleaning. Afterward, the seams were pulling apart. Importantly, I did not select the person who examined the jacket. The dry cleaner sent it to their own seamstress, who documented that the seams were pulling apart. When I raised the issue, the owner initially denied responsibility. Later, I was offered compensation based on 80% depreciation, with the condition that the business would keep the jacket. I was also asked to provide the original purchase receipt. I located and provided my Nordstrom receipt as requested, only to later be told that it would not be accepted because the jacket was approximately three years old. For me, the biggest issue is not simply that something went wrong. Accidents can happen. The real test is how a business responds when a customer brings a legitimate concern forward. I did not feel the proposed resolution fairly addressed what happened to the jacket. I paid for the cleaning service and made a genuine effort to resolve the matter directly with the business. I am sharing the details of my experience so other customers can make their own informed decision, particularly when considering where to take clothing that is valuable or difficult to replace.

His total was $18.88, and he handed the cashier a $20 bill. Instead of providing change, the employee told him he needed exact cash. The man was clearly confused, and another customer had to step in and give him change so he could leave with his items. When it was my turn, I asked about the price for cleaning my comforter and was told around $37. I mentioned I had a coupon texted to me and pulled it up, but the employee said it had to be "added to my account." When I asked how, she simply replied, "I don't know." If you're going to send promotional coupons, staff should know how to apply them. And as a business, you should always have change available for customers. Between the lack of professionalism and inefficiency, I chose not to leave my comforter and will be taking my business elsewhere.

GO ELSEWHERE. I wish…read moreI had listened to the negative reviews, but unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way. This business fumbled my experience at every step. I brought in a garment for next-day service, which they agreed to. I pointed out a stain on the item, and they said they'd do their best to remove it--but assured me it would still be ready the next day. Today was the scheduled pickup. I called ahead, and they said it would be ready by 2 p.m. When I called again at 2, I was told they didn't even launder it--because of the stain I had already shown them. They then claimed they tried to contact me, which is simply not true. This was a poor experience made worse by the lack of accountability. There was no manager or escalation process available. At minimum, they should've offered to comp the service for wasting my time. That would've shown some sense of responsibility. If they don't start handling customer issues with more care, their already poor reputation will only get worse.
