One thing that stood out to me was that Elite was the only one who did not say they wanted to spray glyphosate all over. The others were adamant about it. Elite fixed the areas up with the goals we wanted for each space and they look great, no glyphosate needed. The crew worked so hard and they cleaned up after themselves each day. Their planning and execution was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend Doug and his team for any size job, small medium or large. We will have them do all future landscaping for us and will have them do seasonal refreshes. During the scoping phase Doug respectively offered suggestions based on his vast experience (all which we took by the way). The questions Doug asked and suggestions he made immediately demonstrated the depth and breadth of his knowledge and impressed/convinced me from the outset they were the best choice. AND the quote was very well written with EVERY detail identified so there were no surprises, which certainly engendered confidence. We discussed all the options and Doug was always mindful of our budget and NOT just trying to increase scope and cost like so many companies. I know they do much larger jobs than ours but is obvious they treat all size jobs equally. With the same identically high standards, the same commitment to delivering high quality work, with the same attention to detail and an absolute dedication to maximizing customer satisfaction. Their communication with us, before, during and after gave us a great sense of security and comfort that they were truly interested in delivering the outcome we all desired. They treated our yard like their own, cleaning up every day and clearly taking pride in their work. A differentiator I noticed was his team has been together for a long time so they are all invested in delivering a great job. The finished product was well beyond our expectations and Doug's personal follow-up is unique in today's impersonal world. We needed 7 pallets of zoyzia sod and one tandem load of top soil. Mike Gauker from RGS Landscape came out the next day. We discussed our needs Mike asked about our irrigation system and I told him it has not worked in years. Mike said let me take a look at it. I received a written quote the next morning for everything! The price was better than three other estimates I received without the irrigation system included. I hired RGS Landscaping that afternoon and two days later Mike Gauker and crew were at our house early in the morning and completed the entire yard in one day!!!!
