In the fall of 2023 we hired Willow Tree to install the landscaping at our new home in Cherokee County Ga. We were impressed with the design and the price was competitive, however; the impression of Willow Tree soon changed! It started with plants dying fairly quickly and the only reply was you need to give them more water! They did not come out to see the distress for themselves and they continued to die. After several calls and weeks of waiting Tammy, the owner did come by ,took inventory and replaced the plants that were dead. We did however ask about the remaining plants warranty due to the quantity that had already died and she stated don't worry about the warranty because she was not the type of person that would hold you to just one year and that as long as she was around just give her a call and she would take care of any problem we had. Well in August (two months prior to the standard warranty expiring more died, even more than before in particular the ones she had already replanted. It was like pulling wisdom teeth to get her to respond after that. We called, texted, and e-mailed and she was always on vacation. (must be nice) It was only after we finally talked to her and the warranty had now expired that we learned that she would come out and replant again , but for a price WOW! During our FINAL conversation she stated that We were the first people in twenty years that were disappointed with her. Well, we did some research and found a couple of reviews that were very similar. So sad that people have to mislead people to gain their business just to lose it in the process!

They never slowed down until everything was completed and cleaned up. They left my yard looking better than it has ever looked. They even cleaned up the street that was messed up by a neighbor's landscape workers. I would give them a better rating if I could.

Areas were out of control, we wanted trees planted, areas cleaned out, sod laid, and more. We spoke to several landscapers and received several quotes. One thing that stood out to me was that Elite was the only one who did not say they wanted to spray glyphosate all over. The others were adamant about it. Elite fixed the areas up with the goals we wanted for each space and they look great, no glyphosate needed. The crew worked so hard and they cleaned up after themselves each day. They went above and beyond cleaning up more than was asked and we have enjoyed their work ever since. We are considering more work that needs to be done and they will be our go to. Thanks, Elite!

Their planning and execution was phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend Doug and his team for any size job, small medium or large. The questions Doug asked and suggestions he made immediately demonstrated the depth and breadth of his knowledge and impressed/convinced me from the outset they were the best choice. Their communication with us, before, during and after gave us a great sense of security and comfort that they were truly interested in delivering the outcome we all desired. He also built fencing, graded the area, seeded it with grass seed, and built a slate patio for us. Bill is great to work with. He is an absolute gem. As the owner, he does the complex work himself and is on site every day. His workmen were also very respectful and were careful not to be intrusive. Bill has a tremendous work ethic and 40 years of experience. He gave us great suggestions and I strongly recommend asking him for advice and input throughout the process. The end result for us was so much better for us because we listened to his advice and input. We strongly recommend his services if you need landscaping work performed.

They were on time and did an excellent job. It is one month later, the irrigation system works perfectly, the new sod matches the existing sod, and everything is thriving. Then at a moment's notice repaired an unexpected downspout drainage issue from a previous landscaper the same day. Their ability to help make the repair was incredible. Second, they had to come back to correct my initial landscaper's poor drainage issue which was worse than previously thought. Donny's crew worked hard to undo a mess from someone else, and the price was fair for the work that they were doing. After all the work they did, the crew cleaned up and did not leave a trace of evidence that they were there. The work is solid, and my yard is looking good. The method that Donny's crew used is working perfectly. Overall, their price is reasonable, they are flexible, showed up when they were supposed to, answered my calls/txt quickly, and cleaned up after the jobs were completed.
