Underneath those piles of paper and empty boxes rest the state of the art copy machinery. Mitch, the owner, and his right hand woman, Julie, hold down this paper fort with a sense of humor and an ease that makes you feel right at home, no matter how soon your deadline is. Stepping into this Copymat is a little like time travel, remember when you could bring your art on a thumb drive and they wouldn't charge you an extra $2.50 just to read the thumb drive. Communication with the team is poor. Once the person who we regularly communicated with could not address the concern, they threw it in for another account manager/representative. Website editing is difficult to implement. Takes 3-5 business days for simple changes. We regret to ever use this company. We believe this mindset of deceitful will not take business far anywhere. They should be more truthful and accommodating to customers. Also there is none or very few companies that require such 12 month contracts. We would like to warn other to not fall into the traps that we have done.
