But, in using the, Contact Us form, from their website, 3+ Business Days later, I still haven't received a response. :-( Luckily, my HP is still functional (if not turned on for 20 minutes before using, it takes a long time to open a page). And, I do have a newer (2 y.o.) Wi-Fi Laptop that has little use on it. Being "Old School", I'd prefer a wired connection. But, at least, my Router is hardwired to my Cable/Internet Provider. So, there shouldn't be too much risk.
