I have used All American Air fan since 1985. Steve Chapman has put together a great company, and I…read morelike the service contracts provided on the HVAC, and appliances. They are available 24/7 and get the job done whenever there is a problem. The AC is serviced 4 times a year, and the outside equipment is cleaned properly to keep it running smoothly for as long as possible. The appliance contract is a money saver also. If there is a rare complaint, the staff is more than happy to make it right. More companies should be like this one.

All American Air is a Terrible; and Completely, and Totally Dishonest Company. They charged me…read more$864.38 to fix my HAVC unit on my residential residence and they failed to fix the unit costing me $2,200 in lost revenue. They claimed that they replaced the Internally Shorted Defrost Circuit Board on my condenser. They stated that my condenser was bad, which is why they could not fix it without replacing the condenser for approximately $14,000. I was forced to call out Pro-Tech Air (Excellent Company) and the fixed my unit in two hours without replacing the condenser for $200 less than what All American Air charged me. Pro-Tech Air replaced the faulty Internally Shorted Defrost Circuit Board, and my HVAC unit has been working great ever since they fixed. All American Air either did not install a new circuit board, or they installed a faulty circuit board. I requested that All American Air provide me the old circuit board but, of coarse, they did not have it. IN CONCLUSION: STAY AWAY FROM USING ALL AMERICAN AIR AS THEY DO NOT GUARENTEE THEIR WORK AND THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE COMPLETELY UNQUALIFIED TO WORK ON RESIDENTIAL HAVAC UNITS! TRYING TO GET ME TO PAY THEM $14,000 FOR A CONDENSER THAT WAS NOT NECESSARY IS OUITRIGHT COOKED BEHAIVIOR! WHEN I CALLED THEM ON THEIR INSTALLATION OF A FAULTY CIRCUIT BOARD, THEY GOT EXTREMELY RUDE, NASTY AND INSISTED THAT I PAY THEM FOR THEIR FAULTY AND UNQUALIFIED WORK!
