We booked this chalet Le AZUR for its large capacity but also for the spa and access to water (dock) We arrived at the chalet at 5 p.m. and we had no water ... the cleaning was not good! waste under the beds dust everywhere hair pulses on the sheets... the spa was not full it lacked half of the water and smelled of the shock treatment quite strongly thank you and what about the DIRT of said spa lumps of hair from floating dirt! it was DISGUSTING! The chalet is not soundproof at all, we had the impression that the ceilings or floors were going to give in so much that the noise passed! Yes the space was sufficient for our large group but not at all pleasant! We won't be going back and we won't be doing business with this rental company again either. Le chalet n'est pas du tout insonorisé nous avions l'impression que les plafonds ou plancher allait céder tellement que le bruit passe ! Oui l'espace était suffisant pour notre grand groupe mais pas du tout agréable! Nous n'y retournerons pas et nous ne ferons plus affaire avec cette compagnie de location non plus. Nous avons communiqué avec eux pour l'eau le spa et les draps sale ... leurs réponse a été ben ont peut rien faire ! il nous ont offert un rabais de 50$ par nuit !! complètement ridicule a notre avis read more

A group of 10 ladies just got back from renting Chalet Serenite just outside Mont Blanc near Mont Tremblant. I believe at one time this chalet was beautiful. Unfortunately it is not being maintained to the standard I would have expected. The chalet itself is lovely and the bathrooms and bedding were very clean. Beds were comfortable too. However, the inside needs a good overall dusting on the beams, the Furniture is old and tired with many marks on wood tables, veneer missing and tears in the chair seats. The hot tub was nice but we couldn't find any pucks to put in the dispenser. The grounds need to be maintained. The shrubs and weeds are all overgrown. Trees now block the view so you can't see the lake. The path to the water is very muddy and not suitable for a nice walk or a chance at going in the water. The paddle boats are full of water too and not usable. We had a good time despite this though. Just be warned that the outside is not as it appears in the photos. We really wanted to have a bon fire in the outdoor fire pit but the area wasn't suitable and the chairs outside broken. Perfect for large groups though, lots of room so you don't feel on top of each other. read more

I used this company to book a chalet for 14 people on a weekend visit to Mont Tremblant. We were provided the Loup Gris Chalet and even with me constantly changing the number of people expected they were able to provide alternatives. Pros - amazing Chalet, spacious, good sleeping arrangements, hot tub, stunning views of lake, tranquil and a good amount of space between other chalets that they offer. Clean and comfortable. Also a bonus the road leading to the chalet is maintained with plenty of gravel and salt to keep it easy to drive to the area where the chalets are. Cons - fireplace is a bit small and difficult to get going at times. Heating is difficult to control at times, one of the bathrooms no matter what i tried would be super hot. Main living room has a super small tv compared to downstairs where a larger tv. Should be the other way around. Wifi is really bad Neither a pro or a con but from Mont Tremblant it is a 20 minute drive which might seem like too much but the chalet was worth it. Being closer to Mont Tremblant would just have been more expensive. read more

We booked two separate chalets with location 4 saison this summer. Both of the buildings were beautiful, log-constructions chalets - I loved the architecture. The maintenance of the properties was, however, unacceptable at both properties. Examples include: the bannister on the second-story balcony had rotted through and hung open - presenting a major safety risk, the fridge was leaking onto the floor, various lightbulbs were burned out, the seal on the shower had failed so the bathroom floor got covered with water, some electrical outlets didn't work, the kitchen sink handle was broken, etc. Our requests for repairs were met with weak promises and very little follow through. It is really a shame that such beautiful structures are marred by the apparent disregard for proper maintenance. read more

I used this company to host a family reunion. Chalet D'Azur was the worst cottage we've stayed in. The oven was broken, the railings are loose, the mattresses/pillows are all old with loose springs, the downstairs fridge does not get cold, and we had to throw away all of our dry food that was in one of the pantries because rat droppings were found two days into our stay. Two of the bathrooms have sinks that do not drain, just the washing machine takes 2-3 hours to run, the tv only works in 3 rooms, the wifi doesn't work, and the list just goes on. We rented through location 4 saisons and they never responded back to our 2 emails listing the issues - never even acknowledged them. It was a horrifying experience. read more
