He didn't have the hardware needed, he was not knowledgeable as we explained 3 times to him what we had discussed with the scheduler. He was here 10 minutes, told us he would be unable to get the hardware until next week, we are leaving on vacation Sunday so needed done by end of week. He spent 10 MINUTES, didn't do anything, and charged us $146.00 for the visit from Brandon to Tampa. This company is ridiculous, I called the manager and was told that their service fee is $164 so I'm getting nothing back on my $146; what a waste.
