    March '26 "Jack's Lock Shop" Re-keyed my house & 20 x 20 shop after a personal major security…read morebreach and $1900 cash theft . The locksmith' solution: Made only the same 2 (two) keys to use for my shop, and the same 2 keys for both my house front door and back door. I am 90 years old, barely mobile even constantly using a walker, highly subject to falls, and 2- recent heart attacks, thus preventing me from going out to my 20' x 20' shop since August '25. I was compelled to go into my shop on 5/17/26 to turn off a heater left on during the past cold Winter months. On closing the shop I was only able to remove the dead bolt key after several minutes of continuously struggling with it. I called "Tiffany" @ Jacks 9:53AM 5/18/26 for assistance with the sticking dead bolt, was told I would be charged $80 service chg. because I "waited so long since March to call", told "you should not have waited so long to call". I asked to not be charged the $80 as it was obvious I had done nothing to cause the stuck key problem in as much I had not been out to the shop during the time of the technician 's work and only until 5/17/26 when I went into the shop to turn off a heater. Tiffany answered my request by saying "our locksmiths check to make sure everything is working before they leave" and repeated that no less than 6-8 times afterward. I asked to stop repeating that, please just send someone to help me, and agreed to pay the $80 and said "I'm even willing to pay $180 service charge to end the discussion". Tiffany even again said I "shouldn't have taken so long to call and there will be an $80 service charge. With that I told her I would call someone else to fix the deadbolt, and she replied "OK" and terminated the call.
